Cockroaches in the bathroom, very unhygienic. A friend stayed here one night, then the second day he had to urgently leave due to a flight change 3 hours after he had paid. He never even got to use the room today as he was out so the room was left tidy. He asked for a partial refund as he had only paid 3 hours ago, or to even pay for his luggage’s that stayed there for the 3 hours but the lady who works there refused and said it’s impossible to offer card refunds (something which is legally not true). They refused to even consider a solution, when other hotels that are much cleaner and don’t have cockroaches crawling around are more friendly and willing to help.
