Very satisfied! Everything was very clean, friendly staff, good food, excellent service! We stayed in October 2020, modernly furnished room, disinfected room and bathroom, comfortable and good quality slippers (a plus), thoughtful amenities, prompt room service, spacious balcony with a beautiful mountain view.

The best place from Sinaia!

Perfect atmosphere at a true 4 stars hotel, clean, stylish, spacious, great views, truly comfortable, I love it! There are so many deceiving 4 stars hotels in Prahova Valley but this one truly rises to the level of all expectations. Thank you and keep up the good work.

For a 1500 eur New year's eve stay, the hotel offered Ballantine's whiskey and Stelle del Mari champagne + some wasted food for the dinner… not even the cheapest restaurants in my home town offer Ballantine's whiskey anymore.
For a 1500 eur 3 nights stay you would expect somethig classier…
Also the restaurant staff was rude and unhelpful.

Average. Nice rooms. But : No keys for lockers in the Spa even though all of the are empty and open (not used). For such a hotel this should be normal to have. Breakfast was very average. They started to clean up at 10, however it is supposed o be open until 10:30.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in. Looks and feels amazing — like going back to the Golden Ages.

It's our favorite place to vacation. We feel like home there and we love the spa. The rooms are cozy and clean. I did substract a star for the gym, which is very poor and only opens at 10, when we already had breakfast.

Excellent hotel, but the service terrible, the manager of the desk terrible service, when checking out they charge me a coke that was not ours, the cleaning lady did not well or was a coke from the previous client. They charge it to me, the manager after explaining my situation simple smiles because is just 9 leí. (I do not want the money, but it is not possible to charge me for something I do not drink) and besides all this, we found a hat under the bed that was not ours either. Excuse me maid of cleaning but you do not do a good job and those of resepcion either. Just Mocking.

The best pool arrangements of any hotel I’ve ever been to. Opulent breakfast. Great views from the rooms, especially from the balconies. Excellent restaurant on site. Firm comfortable beds. State of the art Wi-Fi amenities. Highly recommended.

The hotel — 4*, my experience — 1* + big, well-maintained, good-looking room with a nice view over Sinaia + very comfortable bed + pool & gym access included + impossibly-huge selection for breakfast: literally anything any type of person could want + parking included + bowling and pool room (but with paid access) — very expensive even when booked lots of time ahead — the restaurant is also VERY expensive (and we weren't impressed by the food) — the gym's a mini-mini gym, I think it had 3-4 pieces equipment and that's it SPA — kinda basic: two inside pools (one small, one larger — to swim), one jacuzzi, one wet sauna, one dry sauna. There was a VIP area (where you get access if you pay for a massage or treatment) containing another jacuzzi, another dry sauna (way bigger) and a salt room. I wish to mention that we paid for a massage per person (we were a group of 6 girls) — very expensive, if I may add (because it's relevant for the story). We were the only customers requiring a massage that day and they tried to accommodate all of us in the same day (just as we asked), 2 at a time, 3 hours consecutively. They normally have one massage-therapist (an Asian girl who's very skilled, as it turned out), so they told us they'll call and get hold of a second person. The man they managed to call didn't seem to have any massage skills and it actually inappropriately touched all 3 of us who had a massage (the rest of 3 were assigned to the Asian girl).

While the location is good and the facilities superb, you sometimes get a strong feeling that it is severely understaffed.

You need to book at least one or two weeks before your trip. The place was very busy at the time I came (last weekend of February) and the only room that was available one week before my trip was twin bed room. The hotel has the best view in town and they have a selection of excellent restaurants on-site. My only "issue" if you can call it that, was that as far as I know they don't have a room with a bathtub in the washroom; and at the time of checking out, I and many other customers staying at the same floor couldn't get an elevator. Other than that, everything was fine and I highly recommend this place.

Great location and very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is really nice and Sinaia is one of the most beautiful mountain locations in Romania, however the hotel restaurants were average, the pool area was half closed for repairs and the bowling track was closed. Maybe we were just unlucky…

Probably the best hotel in Sinaia, at least considering the larger ones, not counting the private villas and mansions. Really good services, good, nice and modern rooms, everything very clean. The prices are high for a 4 stars hotel in Sinaia, but the services are worth it.

All hotel clean and welcoming with regard to mountain makes all the money … Christmas mass from wealth and breakfast on everyone's taste.

Pentru business este foarte potrivit. Piscina și sauna foarte ok.
