Think we were conned! We walked into this hotel as part of our honeymoon tour of Romania, my husband had stayed here several years ago so was pleased they had vacancies. We asked how much for 3 nights and was quoted a good price (double checking that it was the price for 3 nights) the, not very happy looking, receptionist agreed. The room wasn’t ready so we had a walk and drink before returning. We handed over the money and she said that was for 1 night… did think it was cheap.
Anyway, our room looks a bit dirty as we walk in with black dirty patched areas on the floor outside the bathroom door, after our long journey I wanted to freshen up to discover no toilet paper in bathroom. We managed to get some from reception. The shower curtain does not pull all the way round so be careful in shower as the floor was soaked, not sure if from the shower or drain in floor bubbling up! The bathroom extractor is filthy the floor is dirty some of the furniture is bowed and dirty as well. And the skirting boards are not flush with the walls and filled with dust and dirt behind them.
Our first morning we got up and went out for 7 hours, only to return and find the bed wasn’t made so made it ourselves and then second night went out about 10 for about 6 hours and again returned to find the room as we left it this time decided to complain.
