Balconul era de un metru patrat fara nici un fel de exagerare. Nu era facut curat in camera iar dupa ce ne-am plans la receptie ni s-a spus ca nu are cine sa faca curat pentru ca au plecat cameristele, absolut uluitor! Am vrut sa plecam dar banii pe doua nopti erau deja incasati pt ca rezervasem pe booking. Ni s-a promis ca a doua zi primim o camera curata si cu balcon decent dar… surpriza! nu mai aveau camere libere. In concluzie… personalul lasa mult de dorit!

Decent stay. Got charged for things we never consumed. Pool/sauna are ok. Client oriented staff.

First time visiting the mountain side in Romania, the location is pretty awesome, relaxing, a lot of parking spaces. The hotel is renovated and looks great, rooms are comfy. Food is great, tasty. Overall when it comes how it look — everything is great. Now let's get to the down sides: 1. Check-in process was kinda slow, the clerk wasn't at his point, was sitting in a room or something so we waited and the bell was hidden. 2. The Spa wasn't as I expected and was closing at 9PM. 3. First time in my life I've seen a cold Jacuzzi (came around 20:30) 4. The only entertainment was billiard, and it closed at 22:00. 5. If you're there to chill its the best place for you, otherwise, there's nothing to do there during the evening. 4 stars — only on the paper, would recommend only if your primary reason visiting there is to chill out and relax, go sleep early and wake up early — that's it.

Made a booking by phone in December for a weekend in February and two weeks before my holiday I find out that I don't have any reservation on my name and the hotel is full so no chance for another booking. The receptionist (Andrei said it's his name) it was very rude when I asked what is happening. I complained via email adress twice and they didn't even bother to reply. Very disipointed. : (

Excelent hotel with great spa facilities and a very good Romanian restaurant. Elevators are very slow so try renting a room on lower levels unless you like climbing stairs.

One of the best hotels in the Romanian mountains. Great pool. Lovely personal and tasty food. The gym is a bit rusty, would love some updates.

A very pleasant atmosphere, with good services. The spa & pool area are clean and modern. The restaurant has an old smell and needs some changes, but the food was good. I recommend this hotel as one of the best in Predeal!

The food is very good and not so expensive for the quantity they offer. The atmosphere is completed with live traditional romanian music. It's a little bit far from the town center, but this is not an issue.

Large, spacious, clean, well equipped hotel, good service and food. Access is easy off of a main national road.

(Regarding the restaurant) Don't waste your time. For one of the more expensive establishments in town it was genuinely upsetting. Spaghetti is a very hard dish to mess up, but they definitely did. The shrimp spaghetti smelled of old uncooked fish and was inedible. Plus service was very inadequate. We waited an entire hour to get our food after ordering and most of it came to us cold. Stick with the simpler places elsewhere.

Shower to take is a bad idea at rom612 water is caming in the rom, no hiting, no clining for room until 16.30, food is bad for stomach. Total rubbish far your money.

Actually it's a 3 stars hotel and services. And also the worst elevators.

Client-service is one of the poorest i've ever seen. Modernized building but still the same old communist habbits. Would recomend not to choose Orizont if you decide to visit Predeal.

SPA and Hotel are wonderful but orizont restaurant for breakfast is 2 stars only. Food qality and diversity is poor. The external restaurant has a very good value.
