I gave 5 stars especially for the personnel… they are a true asset owners should take into consideration. Pro : spotless cleaning, beautiful rooms, good service, godd TV quality with extended range of channels, good breakfast, excellent position of the property, next to it is the company's restaurant Sura Dacilor. Fails : curtains in rooms do not block at all light, stains and holes in some towells, some bad smell fròm the shower's sink, no access for the persons with disabilities. A big fail is the sauna — 30 lei (7 euro) / hour is a crazy management decission. Nice jacuzzi but not in use. Sad… All in all is a good place to stay!
