Best hotel in Bucharest. Best breakfast bar and executive lounge for drinks and hordevors. Highly recommend this place.
Already my third visit here. I always feel so welcome. Without naming anybody of the team personally, I can say the whole front desk team is just great, the concierge so helpful and the team of Avalon restaurant so friendly and understanding. Room maid team and room-service also doing a fantastic job. Thank you for everything!

This must have been the worst experience I have ever had at a 5 star hotel, and I have stayed at many. I had an executive room on the top floor, and from the first day I could see the room wasn’t cleaned properly at all. They have this nook you can look out towards the city and it was filled with food crumbs. From the parking people trying to scam us, every day saying something different and requesting different amounts for parking, to the staff being incredibly rude and not helpful. There is one man in the parking lot that is on the chubby side, he almost spat on us when we tipped him 20 leu (just want to point out he didn’t offer to take our bags or didn’t help with anything, he just waved his hand at a free parking spot and that is it), and then started being extremely rude and saying we should take our key and get out of here and all of these. It is absolutely shocking to me that this hotel maintains the 5 star, and it would make sense to do quality checks once in a while.
