The studio apartments are very dated and used. The couch and mattress are sunken in, the water pressure is extremely low, you cannot basically take a good shower but wash under a dripping tap and the water doesn’t get hot. Duvets and pillows could use a good wash, because they stink through the covers. The fridge was dirty, the place is run down and we only booked it because we had three apartments in the next new building Cms smart studios which we couldn’t extend and they were very good. The hostess told us that those LUJERULUI studios are the same and they charged the same price, but those studios are old and run down, so definitely not worth staying there. The good thing was that there was a washing machine and we could use the parking spot in the new building. Otherwise it’s very loud from the 6 lane street day and night. Very disappointing.
First of all, when I entered the apartment, I was welcomed with chocolate and water, which made me really happy. I was able to easily find the key using the entrance code and the locked box next to the building, and check in without any issues. The host is very attentive and keeps in touch with you carefully. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent, they are warm, and there is a central heating system, which was more than enough for me—I was very satisfied.
In the kitchen, there is a pan and all the necessary items for cooking. Towels, including large ones, are also provided. There is a refrigerator, and in the bathroom, there is body wash and shampoo, which I was happy to see. The balcony is great—I couldn’t really use it because of the cold weather, but it would be amazing when it’s warm.
There is a Carrefour, Carrefour Express, and DM right next to the apartment, and the famous Luca is just a short distance away. The metro is also very close, so the location is very central—you can reach Bucharest city center in a maximum of 10–15 minutes.
