Nice hotel near to center (10 minutes by walk).

Restaurant staff was INCREDIBLY rude, without any reason or provocation. Ive never been treated so terribly in a restaurant.

Very uncomfortable beds, taking a shower is really hard in the tiny bathtub, the breakfast starts very late (07:30) and the food is not really good. One night there has been an event in the hotel, so we couldn't sleep. After complaining at the Hotel we did NOT get a compensation. After all, I really can't recommend staying at this hotel.

Please run away of this hotel especially if you're a foreigner! I'm romanian and at the company I'm working for we had a guest from Germany. The rooms are stinks as described in another review very well and not clean. On top of that when our collegue wanted to check out they asked him to pay from minibar drinks he DIDN't consumed. The situation became even worse when they called for a protection company — BGS — and two redneks came to be sure our collegue will not run without paying! Imagine how our foreign collegue felt into this such of shitty situation. So if you want no trouble better search for another hotel.

Everything! she told me this is a "non" smoking room,,, it not only smells cigarettes, but it also stinks! I mean it, it stinks. The hotel is rubbish. It shouldn't even be a 1-star hotel for god sake it's even not a hotel! there supposed to be a "breakfast" but what they do is that they come to you with a little dirty menu and you order. The guy who hands you the menu doesn't understand other than the 2 words; scrambled egg and omelet lol. Wi-Fi connection is shit. And OMG OMG OMG the beds are another story! I don't know how to explain this but imagine a bed in an industrial labor accommodation! that would even better. I had to lay my dress on the bed and cover myself with my jackets lool! I swear that's how I slept! the carpet is full of dust and the wires are everywhere. I was scared to death that the room will burn while I'm sleeping. In fact, the first night I came I was sooo tired as I had 24 hours of travel to reach. Soo I slept without feeling it. The second night. I really couldn't sleep due to the room conditions, and noise from some close-by club. The room is exactly 3 by 3.5 meters and the bathroom is hhhhhhhhh rubbish. Pipes everywhere and stinky. I don't want to comment on the shower. The staff are horrible and sooo mean. I checked in around 11 PM and after 2 nights I asked them if I could get late check out like an hour or two just to pack my stuff and all what they did is sticking a piece of paper in front of my face and not even talking to me.

Worst hotel experience in my life! The rooms look nothing like in the pictures on the internet. The double room I had booked smelled like an ashtray. The alternative twin room was small and looked absolutely awful. You can hear perfectly every car passing by as the hotel is located near a busy road. The personnel is annoying to say the least. All in all, the most communist experience I've ever had at a hotel! Would not recommend this to anyone.
