Hotels in Sector 4 with Breakfast

Warm staff ready to help with anything needed. Very good restaurant. Cozy sleeping bed. Sauna. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Amazing view and location.

Very classic hotel with very traditional rooms. My friend's room already looked a little used. Our bibliotheque was only show, but the upstairs room was very nice. The service is excellent.

Perfect stay, very good and tasty food at breakfast, this is for sure a clasic boutique hotel, with great rooms and spectaculoar views to a verifica beautiful Church.

I had a great experience staying at this hostel. The atmosphere was friendly, the facilities were clean, and everything was well organized, making it a very comfortable place to stay.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Franklin was a good guide for nightlife and gave good recommendations for food.
The hostel is in a good spot close to the parliament and the old town.

Loved my stay here, really easy to get around and really large room with comfy bed. Nice courtyard.

Had a pleasant experience here. It looks like housekeeping comes every three days, at least in our experience. We enjoyed having a kitchen with a stove (and provided cookwear/utensils.

Good location, clean room, bus and tram stop opposite, shops.
Members staff were so helpful.

The hotel is a great value for the quality offered and it is close to Berceni Arena, which was the main point for me during my visit.

Perfect match between price and user experience. Room very clean, great breakfast and a very kind staff. Really recomendable.

Fantastic small boutique hotel, staff were always pleasant and attentive when needed.

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities (newly refurbished restaurant). I had a room on the fourth floor with a small balcony.

The hotel has parking nearby. The room was small but cozy and had a nice balcony. The bathroom was large, but the shower water didn't drain well, and there wasn't a duvet cover.
