The address does not match the residence. The owner has not contacted us, the phone was switched off! At the appointed time of arrival, we stood under the hotel, waiting to be met, but even the location is not clear! They didn't wait for a reply by mail, they just ignored us! Came for the first time in Bucharest and met such a terrible service! I do not recommend at all!

I am from Ukraine. Booked this apartment for night 21 to 22 of June. Asked the owner about check in at 14:00, he said that it’s ok and we can meet with him at this time. We found a location that was noticed, called to owner, but the number was wrong! We wrote to him at gmail, but he didn’t answer. We wrote a lot of times, but nobody answered. We were without apartment, alone at the street and in other country! I don’t recommend this owner! It’s awful! It is the worst holiday in my life!
