Hotel Maison Orient

The rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet. There is some coffee or tea available, a flat screen TV, and a vanity kit. The hotel is well situated near a big park, all for a fair price. I gave 4 stars for the service, not because the reception wasn't friendly, but because when I asked to match the online price and wanted to pay in cash, the receptionist refused and encouraged me to pay online instead. Although I got a cheaper price, I don't think she understood that the hotel would incur fees from the payment I made online.

One of the worst places I have stayed in.
Where do I start, firstly on arrival we found out they do not serve food anymore which would have been great to know before hand. Then once we went into our room, it was very hot and when we tried to turn the A/C on, what a surprise it did not work and instead made the room smell very bad.
When we went downstairs to ask the receptionist for some extra pillows he told us that it was too late and the people who deal with that leave at 4pm.
The whole time we where at the hotel they went in our room but did not actually clean anything, bins not emptied, bed sheets not changed or towels.
Overall I would not be staying at this hotel again, and I highly suggest you pay a little more and stay at a better hotel to enjoy your experience in romania, unlike mine.

The staff working in this hotel is really rude. Specially the girl who is behind the reception. My money was lost from my room and when I asked her and complained her, instead of solving my problem she started shouting on me. I think she was also involved in this case.
I really don’t recommend this hotel, they are theft.

Rooms were fine except the air conditioning. The room was very warm and the air conditioner blew warm air even on the cold setting. Other than that clean and comfortable.
Sometimes people stay up a bit late talking on the phone in the yard in the middle of the hotel, which can be a bit noisy.
Check in and check out went smooth. Reception isn't available between 00:00 and 08:00. Location is decent, next to a park and close to the centre.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms, although a bit cold. Service was very kind and perfect position to reach the old town in less than 20 minutes by feet. Overall I’d suggest it! Shame there is no breakfast inside but it’s close to nice cafes so you could find whatever you’re searching for.

Good location & affordable prices. Nice place to stay in the heart of the city. Accomodation is decent and welcoming.
All amenities are good and rooms confortable and clean. The prices are decent for the location and acces to public transportation is easy.

We had a very pleasant stay at Trianon Hotel! The central location was a great advantage for meeting our travelling objectives fast, the staff was both professional and friendly and made us feel very welcome (they also allowed us to check in 3 hours earlier so we wouldn't sit with our luggage outside) and the room met our expectations entirely! We will definitely choose it again on our next trip to Bucharest!
