Never faced such low service level. Evening shift staff (very young staff — looks like teenagers) has no interest to provide any service. No soft drinks available, no minibar.

Front desk guy Dragos, only handed in the key to the room and that's it. Not welcoming, not explaining anything, I said hello when I came in, l had to ask questions because his attitude was like I'm bothering him, just gave me a room with a broken shower. However the lady second morning was nice.

Everything was fine, except for the breakfast (€11.00).
On the evening of my arrival, since breakfast was included in my booking, I asked about the service hours and was told it was from 7:00 to 10:00. Only the following morning I found out that breakfast was actually served outside the hotel.
Had I known this in advance, I would have asked for a refund and gone somewhere else with more options. The breakfast offered was only savory dishes, with no sweet choices at all.
On top of that, when I arrived at the restaurant where breakfast was supposed to be served, I was told that my breakfast was not included! I had to go back to the hotel, show my booking clearly stating that breakfast was included and paid for, and then return again to the bistro. This was the last thing I wanted to deal with.
I don’t think I would go back to this hotel.

Overall, the hotel is ok, but I don't recommend the breakfast. We arrived and the bell kept ringing. There were no coffee or tea drinks available. The staff shouted at us asking for coffee. It's better to go to different restaurants nearby.

I booked this hotel specifically because the listing stated that the hotel provides a shuttle to the airport. And was only informed after the free cancelation period that it does not. I asked for a refund and they denied it. I don’t know much about the hotel other than this kind of customer service is definitely sub par. Your clients should be able to get refunds for your mistakes.

First of all, no provided slippers in any of the rooms we booked (2), no conditioner nor hair shampoo, and in one of the rooms there was literally black mold formed around the air-conditioner. Receptionist was decent, but lord, was that black mold horrible.
In any case, the rest of it was alright. IF we ignore the BLACK MOLD.
