All is well, but the drinks in the refrigerator — paid separately.

Its a 5 star hotel. Clean and exelent service. Very good place in the center of everything by foot. Very very good value for the money. If you need a pool and spa this is not the hotel for you… otherwise 5 star.

Comfortable shy place. Very clean.

Hotel located 2 steps from the old Mall and close enough to the new and tourist center of Iasi.
In c out of this, nothing very special. Located DS 1 alley, the parking is almost non-existent with 8 place permanently occupied by the residents. Wild parking continuous DS 1 city where the squares "are expensive".
A smiling reception but the room service is somewhat "absent".
Attention also to the reservation: single room, double or triple proposed but… always for 1 person only! Supplements are therefore to be expected. For my 4th visit to the city, I put it in 4th position.

No parking places, small rooms, bugs and ants everywhere, no plesant view, no nothing… bad room services… expesive prices for so bad conditions, at 200 meters is a small pension with dream prices and conditions with big parking places for every room.

Great value for the price paid. Rooms are big, clean and warm. Also staff is helpful. I think the only reason it is rated with 2 stars is that they do not have an elevator. Otherwise, it looks a lot better than many 3 stars hotels. I highly recommend it.

Worst coffee ever but is an ok location.

Cleanliness of the room to improve, heating too high, breakfast not suitable for Italians.
Low price, very close to the center.

Absolute fantastic location, with a really nice room design. The shower is walk-in style. The bed mattress was pretty comfy. The location is right next to student dormitories, a mall and the technical university, but at the same time, a bit hidden from the main street, so it's not noisy.

Friendly personel, clean rooms and a quiet place to sleep. You have a 20 minutes walking distance to the center. Unfortunately if you are at the third floor and you have luggage you will have to carry it on the stairs. They have an ok breakfast. The beds are a bit hard.

Surprising to find this hotel in the middle of the blocks! Nice staff, common areas OK; Rooms: Deepen the housekeeping, and a few details to review (foam carpet for the shower outlet = Mushroom nest …) For the rest, it's all right; In the immediate vicinity of Iulius Mall and public transportation.

Friendly staff and pretty quiet so we got a good night's rest. Clean room with what one might need, TV and internet working ok and there are also air conditioning units. As for the cons, the shower should have been a bit more clean, parking is difficult because there aren't many places and the room had the window opened when we arrived so it was a bit cold. Overall good experience!

Not best value for money, but in general acceptable.

If you are in for an inexpensive hotel where to crush after a long drive, this is the place. If not, keep on reading. It is away from the city center and is hard to find even with a GPS. The hotel sign arrow is after the street you should turn. Good luck to find a parking if you come late. If you want AC, that's extra: you have to pay to get the remote that operates it. Don't get a room on the fourth floor if you have some luggage and you don't have a strong back — there is no elevator. At least the reception personnel is friendly and tries to do their best to be helpful.
