Neptun Hotels with a Parking

I stayed at the Hotel Decebal for five nights in August 2023 with my husband and two boys. We had double rooms 101 and 102.

The place was built by Ceausescu for high ranking communist officials to enjoy the Black Sea. Which means that once upon a time it was a place where only a select few could lodge.

The villa was great, especially if you had kids that needed to play all day long. We had most things we needed so we could cook our meals and there were 2 nice ladies that cleaned everyday.
