Been there 10 years ago and now again.
Many things broken not clean it stinks not worth the price.
The place was built by Ceausescu for high ranking communist officials to enjoy the Black Sea. Which means that once upon a time it was a place where only a select few could lodge. Now, the place still offers a very private environment however I feel it is not living up to the full potential. The villas have a barbecue pit and outdoor dining area, inside you will find a dishwashing machine, a very spacious dining area, upstairs 3 bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, so ideal for a group of 6.
Whether I will go there again or not is not something I ponder on because the whole Neptun-Olimp area is not a place where I would choose to go.

The location was taken over by Sara Hotel and it has potential. The place is quiet, out of the noise made by people and traffic. Also, due to the fact it is located in a patch of trees, it is always shadow, so the sun won't burn you throughout the day.
The rooms are small, and they need plenty of improvements, as the furniture is dated.
Still, there is cleaning service every day, they change towels daily.
They try to keep the garden tidy, although that does need a face-lift as well, and some grass, lights and maybe a fence.
Still a good value for the money, if you do not want to spend more than 40-50 euro per night.
