Great experience. Not what you would expect when you search on Google. They need a bit improvement on the pictures updates.
I was in July with my family and everything was brand new.

The rooms and hotel were newly renovated, nicely scented, well light and decoared, clean rooms and bathrooms, well kept green spaces, bar service and pool amenities.

Good choice for a family vacation. Spacious rooms are available, friendly staff and always good and diverse food. We were a family of 3 with a 2 years old baby. Full board room was perfect.

Nice hotel very close to the beach. The pool is with a hot writer probably around 40 degrees. The staff was very nice. Food is delicious.

We only ate here twice, as this hotel has also a restaurant open to everyone. The menu is variate compared with other restaurants in the area, is situated 100m from the beach on the side street.

We had a beautiful stay here. Clean and spacious apartament, tasty food, close to the beach, nice swimming pool, friendly staff. There isn't a private parking.

I was surprised by Queen Vera and its amazing staff. They’ve been very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, filling, lots of options. Rooms were cozy and spacious.

The room was spacious, pool view. The bed mattress was hard, which was good for my back pain:)

I had an amazing stay at Crowne Plaza Constanta Mamaia Beach! The customer service was outstanding—everyone was so welcoming and attentive.

They were very kind, we made a wrong reservation a day before, and we came in the check-out day. The staff was amazing, especially Ruth, the most beautiful woman I’be ever seen in my life!

The hotel is clean and situated in a very nice area. The pool is magnifique very big and clean. The staff help me with everyting.

Room is nice and warm since I came in winter time, the location is excellent, there are 2 shops and a pizzeria nearby, 25 min to Lidl store.

Best experience, the management has a lot of attention to details. Better services than a 5* hotel in Mamaia.

Helpful and friendly staff, big rooms with a lot of amenities, 2 acs (one in each room), 2 tvs (one in each room), rich breakfast and lunch (were included in the total price), private pool and beach

This is where the Gesant package fits. Everything clean, food good. Pool and beach right in front of the hotel. 10 minutes to the amusement park for children.
