Experienta pe care o voi detalia tine cont de restaurantul Cattaleya: am dorit foarte mult sa ne organizam nunta la acestia iar dupa numeroase discutii telefonice am decis sa mergem si fizic pentru a ne lamuri despre detalii. Acest loc nu a fost ales aleatoriu de noi, ba mai mult am avut prieteni care au organizat petreceri si ne au convins de local. Spre exemplu: nunta in vara anului acesta in August, sambata cu meniu 230 Ron persoana. Detalii care nu sunt eronate sau neintelese. Din discutiile telefonice nu ni s a prezentat un pret comunicandu se ca pretul se formeaza si in functie de cerintele noastre la meniu si lucrurile extra pe care ni le am putea dori. Fair enough! Dupa ce am ajuns la locatie si dupa o discutie lungaaa ni se comunica pretul bomba standard (adica subliniat clar faptul ca deja se stia cat costa) a meniului pentru vara anului 2019, august, Vineri :350 Ron de persoana. Pentru o sambata in august deja pretul crestea destul de considerabil. Mai mult, daca am fi dorit si bautura in jurul pretului de 20-25 euro de persoana. Am luat in consideratie faptul ca persoanele respective au rezervat cu 1 an inainte si probabil de aici si aceasta fluctuatie de pret. A doua zi participam la o discutie in cadrul unui salon din Bacau: o domnisoara s a interesat tot la acestia, luna trecuta, pentru o vineri in august 2019, meniu pe care si noi ni le am fi dorit… 200 RON. Pam pam!

They call themselves a 4 star place, but they barely deserve 2 with their bug infestation and service standards. First room they gave us had about 10 lady bugs crawling around on the ceiling. And 10 more dead on the floor and the bed. The second room (where I took the pictures) was a little better. There were only 5 lady bugs in total. When I made a reservation I confirmed the pool and jacuzzi would be operational. Turns out they were, just not warm at all. Management decided it would be best to argue with me that a thermometer is the only way to measure the water. Listen… When your jacuzzi is 27 degrees, that's not a jacuzzi… You want a romantic and 4 star experience? Keep driving down the road to the Helen Hotel and you'll get what you pay for.

Long waiting times and the bathrooms are dirty. The menu is also quite expensive, the view its great tough.
