Amazing food too, dinner last night and breakfast this morning was delicious.

Clean hotel, nice staff and very good atmosphere.

The room was big and clean, the receptionist was very kind and also the restaurant next to it has been one of the best I've ever been. Tasty food, good service.

It's a lovely place that worths visit. The personnel is always nice and friendly, the food and the restaurant is tasty and looks like Austria, the flower garden is amazing and the quality of the services is high. The location is good, to bad of the view from the chambers.

Excelent din toate punctele de vedere! Locatia in sine nu e grozava, fiind aproape inafara orasului, dar se ajunge foarte repede in centru. Am avut o data o situatie neplacuta in sensul ca ne-a fost anulata o rezervare si am aflat abia dupa ce am facut tot drumul de la bucuresti pana la suceava cu masina, dar a fost remediata in mod exemplar.

Wonderfull hotel. Big and clean rooms, very kind staff. They have a nice garden, but in winter I could not enjoy it. The hotel design is exactly like in Austria, and with snow outside you can easily beleve that you are there.

Lovely staff, large bright rooms, very good restaurant & bar. Parking available, the location is conveniently located. Pros: value for very good and excellent draught beer (a genuine Munich lager beer). Cons. : not recommended for people physically challenged (old people, people facing difficulty when going up/down on stairs… there are a couple of stairs and some ramps but not special lifts / chair lifts)

Rooms are great, food is cooked properly, but the ingredients are not always chosen to match the dish level. Also, the food is pricy.

Great hotel, very very satisfied with everything, starting with the rooms, layout, furniture… staff and their services, beautiful terrace and child play area… continental breakfast was diversified. Definitely will call again and DO RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE who's in the area and in need of accommodation. Price was ok (affordable for a 4 star hotel). Pleasantly impressed.
