I stayed at this hotel recently and my experience was disappointing. I booked a specific room on Booking. Com but was given a different one. The bed and pillow quality were very poor — it was difficult to sleep. We booked a room with two twin beds, which means two guests, but they only provided one pair of slippers, and it looked used. I have no idea how many guests used it before — it felt like a home slipper, not a fresh hotel one.
We also found a cockroach in the room, and the washroom was extremely small and uncomfortable.
I want to thank Mustafa, who tried his best to help, but overall the hotel facilities are not good at all. With the same price, you can easily find much better options in Qatar. I would not recommend this hotel and I would not stay again.
