It was a relaxing staycation for three nights. Our room was clean and well maintained. Special thanks to the housekeeping department for always making sure our room was spotless and for refilling our amenities promptly.
The location is very accessible to everything—souq, metro station, and many more nearby attractions.
Special thanks to Raj from the front office and to Hasnad, the night housekeeping attendant, for their excellent service. 🧚

Location and spacious suites are the best thing in this hotel. It is near Souq Waqif so Lots of hugs, kisses & love from daddy of shops and dinning options. Rooms are a little old and not very clean. Breakfast was well below expectations. Staff were nice and had a pleasant experience at the reception. Good for family or when you are on a budget. Safe travels 🕊️

The rooms, service and location are good. Very near to souq waqif, metro station.
The staff is very good especially Mr Nizam and kept the room and service very well maintained.

3-5 mins walk to Souq Waqif Metro, 10-15 mi n walk to Souq Waqif. Reasonably good hotel considering the room charge. Entrance is small and small ram. Inadequate or missing member of staff. Only one man at the counter.
Cant complain too much as location is good for Souq Waqif and room charge low.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel, and I want to highlight the incredible service provided by Rahmat Akbar. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, with every detail thoughtfully attended to. Rahmat went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, always greeting me with a warm smile and a willingness to assist with anything I needed.

Tired three stars. The hotel did not live up to expectations. The driver did not meet us from the airport. Low quality food. The rooms need renovation. Housekeeping once every three days. Complete lack of sound insulation. The staff is not polite and not hospitable. The only positive thing is the location of the hotel. On the sixth floor, the pipes in the toilet were clogged and the waste water went back into the toilet room.

Good hotel with good location. The issues I had were that I booked a double room with 2 beds and got a double room with one bed. Also, the mattress was squeezing. Other than that, the staff is friendly, rooms are clead, all needed facilities. Close to everything literally.

I am very impressed with all aspects of this hotel. The manager was very professional indeed. The hotel is situated within a one minute walk from the gold line metro which allows you to reach the airport in 35 minutes with one change to the red line. There is a clean and comfortable gym and indoor pool. The room was large and equipped with everything one would expect including a kitchen, which was a bonus. The window view was excellent and the elevators were programmed efficiently. The lobby areas were well presented and thoroughly clean too. Everything was so evidently managed with precision by those responsible for overseeing the hotel, and for the price paid — it should be 5+ stars. Top value all round.

If you're planning a stay in Qatar, I wouldn’t advise to choose this hotel. My experience was disappointing in several respects, especially considering Qatar hospitality standards.
Firstly, the breakfast was a complete letdown. There was no fruit, except for a few slices of watermelon, which is unacceptable in 2024. The selection was minimal and poorly presented, served in a hot, unpleasant room due to the lack of proper ventilation for the fried eggs being cooked on the spot.
The staff also seemed to have forgotten what it means to greet guests with a smile. The lack of friendliness made the stay even less enjoyable.
The structure itself shows clear signs of wear and tear and is in dire need of renovation. From the finishes to the common areas, everything exudes a sense of neglect.
The only very positive note is the location, which is very convenient for visiting the city's best souk. However, this feature does not make up for the numerous shortcomings encountered.
In summary, if you are looking for a quality experience, I recommend looking elsewhere. This hotel does not live up to expectations.

As a lady, you can't stand in front of the door of the hotel, because men watch all the time and bother you. The neighborhood is not safe either. Women also wait inside and go to a hotel room with the men, in short, Women sell themselves. And the reception knows this, and is cooperating! Very very bad. Alsof the breakfast was bad, rooms too noisy. Too bad this is possible in a country like Qatar, we had come here with a whole group of Islamic people and families and think we can stay in a safe hotel.

I book this hotel for quarantine in Feb. Worst service, food is not good, food service is always late. We need to call them all the time. Reception staff is not friendly. Don't Book this hotel.

Very friendly staff, basic room but had everything you need, clean and tidy and good value for money considering the central location and the fact this is Helsinki. Had breakfast, lunch, dinner delivered to my room and it was absolutely fabulous. They called to ask what I would like and delivered beyond expectations. "
