I absolutely love this hotel and will definitely choose it again for my next family visit! Early check-in was seamlessly provided for both the villa my sisters stayed in and the hotel room for my boyfriend and me.
The property is incredibly spacious, featuring fancy amenities, a fully equipped gym, and a stunning rooftop swimming pool—easily my favorite part. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived, and the entire space is beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.
Breakfast was another highlight—tidy, well-prepared, and surprisingly not crowded, even on a Friday morning! It made for a peaceful and enjoyable start to the day.
My family loved their stay just as much as I did, and I’m already looking forward to returning. This hotel truly knows how to make guests feel special!

The hotel has good ambience and parking space considering it is in middle one of the busiest and parking congested area in the city. They have a beautiful lobby and picturesque backgrounds inside the lobby and outside as well as they valet area is quite large and well maintained.
The rooms are nice, clean and modern with free access to newspapers and magazines around the world on your digital devices. The room we stayed had AC problems and it took them sometime to get it fixed. Also, since the room was next to house keeping room, in the night there were too much of noise coming from there. It looks like the room is not sound proof.
The swimming pool on the roof top is nice and has a kids one too. Has seats like on the beaches and also few floating seats at the sides in the water as well with tables. Really nice.
The breakfast spread was good and was nice to see a hotel to provide sparkling water and energy drinks part of the hotel which is very rare. The spread is quite large.

Just got back from a 5 night stay at this hotel and it was amazing. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and clean! The service from the front desk staff and others was so professional they really did make us feel royal! The beds and pillows were so comfortable I’ve had the best sleep in those 5 nights and let’s not forget the food! We did room service a good few times and every single time the food was 10/10! Thank you once again to all the staff for being so attentive and respectful. Would definitely come back and recommend!

The hotel’s location was ideal, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the vibrant surroundings. The hotel itself was exceptional clean, comfortable, with amazing staff who made us feel welcome. Our room had a beautiful view, and we loved the amenities. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy quality family time. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Qatar!

Really nice hotel, room was spacious and clean and the whole hotel is well designed. The table tennis is a good addition and the pool looks lovely at night. The breakfast buffet had everything to offer and the variety is quality. The location is decent there are shops nearby and takeaways and restaurants, only reason I haven't given it a 5 is the main attractions are a bit far and require a taxi. The service was amazing all the way through apart from the last day where we required a porter to help bring our luggage downstairs but no one showed up. Overall would be a 5 rating if it wasn't for those two minor issues.

I’m giving a five-star rating based on the good service from the entire hotel team, from the manager to the housekeeping staff and front desk. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel apartment was clean, well-designed, and comfortable. The only downside, which is due to the building’s architectural style, was the limited natural lighting in the living room.

Recently stayed here for over a week whilst exploring Doha for the first time. The hotel is clean and the staff are welcoming. Breakfast buffet had good options. Location was good — middle of everything so getting a cab was cheap. There’s a supermarket a few minutes away — perfect for essentials and getting snacks. The rooftop was clean and relaxing.
The spa was amazing, Emy was great!
We wasn’t aware that there were no balconies throughout — my fault for not checking properly.
Cons: the windows in the room wasn’t clean and therefore didn’t allow the sun to brighten the room properly during the day.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport as well as the city. Staff could not be more helpful from arrival to departure. Impeccable service to the high standards expected from such an illustrious hotel group. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and luxuriously appointed. Pretty faultless really.

The hotel is so beautiful and enchanting. The rooms are very comfortable and have all you'll need during your stay. The hotel staff, wow, so friendly and welcoming. The dinning staff are so accommodating especially to kids, managing their requests with so much patience.

Me and my wife recently stayed for one night for stopover 16 hours in Doha and I was impressed with the hotel's service and accommodations. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was friendly, helpful and attentive to my needs.
The room itself was spotless and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality linens and pillows. The room featured all the modern amenities I expect, including a large flat-screen TV, fast Wi-Fi signal and plenty of charging ports for my devices. The bathroom was spacious and clean with shower.
Overall, we enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Doha city.

Firstly, I would like to mention that Doha is a sophisticated and beautiful city boasting some of the most stunning hotels in the world. The Qatari people are warm and welcoming, and while the city is not budget-friendly, you can expect quality.
However, I want to warn potential guests about the Steigenberger Hotel Doha. You get what you pay for, and no five-star luxury hotel can offer rates as low as Steigenberger Hotel Doha, which is why this hotel does not operate as a five-star luxury property. My mistake was in expecting a five-star experience.
I booked a one-week stay in the highest standard twin room offered, which was the Superior Room, and I had breakfast and dinner included. After staying in the hotel for only 12 hours, I mentioned that I was under the impression that Steigenberger Hotels are five-star. The receptionist, who was from South Africa, acknowledged this and I remarked that this hotel has the same standard as the Courtyard Hotels in South Africa. My rate was not an instant purchase non-refundable rate and allowed cancellations up to 24 hours prior to arrival. However, since I had already checked into the hotel, the remaining six nights of my stay were non-refundable.
The hotel standard, public areas, service, and rooms are similar to a Holiday Inn or Mercure. The lobby is small, the rooms are long but compact and not spacious. The bathroom is small, containing two cupboard-style rooms with a small shower and a toilet.

The hotel's facilities are superb. The rooftop pool offers a serene escape with panoramic views of Doha, and the fitness center is well-equipped for all types of workouts. The spa is a tranquil sanctuary, providing a range of indulgent treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated.
What sets Steigenberger Hotel Doha apart is the impeccable service. The staff are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my visit truly special.

I loved my experience in this hotel.

The decoration was on point.
The only thing was I thought the access to steam room and sauna was included but it’s not the case.
I would have appreciated to know it.

The pool was kind of small according to me, lots of families. But I didn’t go so I wasn’t bothered.

Average hotel but the staff are the best! super professional and have amazing personality. I felt so welcomed and everything taken care of. Receptionist, valet Parker’s, concierge and security staff! All of them play sucha big role to make this hotel a great stay. The rooms are good and pool is good and the room service team clean your room to the highest standard. Would recommend.

The cleanest hotel apartments I've ever been to. It felt like no one had ever been in the room before us.
The rooms themselves were spacious. I went for the one-bedroom apartment and had all the possible utilities I could need: a washing machine, dishwasher, stove top, cooking air vent, cookware, and cutlery. It had 2 TV's, a desk and dining table. It was perfect.
The staff were super friendly. The place felt safe. The complementary apple ginger iced tea at the reception was phenomenal.

The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had a great view of the city from our window.
The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to public transportation and a few restaurants and shops nearby. We were able to explore the city easily and felt safe walking around the area.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely return in the future. Thank you to the staff for making our visit so enjoyable!

I loved this hotel. Most comfortable bed and bedding I’ve ever experienced. Very modern and beautifully designed. I would have liked to have a glass of wine or a beer in the evening and they had no alcohol, but perhaps that’s common in a middle eastern country, I don’t know. But I would definitely stay here again.
