Amazing hotel great location and friendly staff. Checking was done in 5 minutes without having to wait. Really safe location easy access to metro and souk wkif also has sheesha cafe in the hotel iOS 4 room cleaning it was done with in 10 to 15 minutes without any hesitation. Very good job in cleaning my room after my friends came and left Mess. There was some loud noise from the club at night tell 2 — 3:00 a. M. Furniture was a little bit old. But everything else was really fine. Will recommend but pls upgrade the amenities.
Overall, I had a great experience with the Strato hotel the staff was accommodating, and the amenities were great. I booked a spacious suite, which was beautiful, clean, The staff was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable. The hotel's customer service is truly exceptional from the staff. I will come back for sure!

Strato Hotel by Warwick is a simple hotel. One positive aspect is that there is no carpet in the rooms, which feels more hygienic and cleaner compared to hotels of a similar category that still use carpets.
The electric kettle in our room was defective, but it was replaced immediately by the staff, which we appreciated. The bathroom only had a bathtub for showering, but there was no shower curtain. As a result, the bathroom floor was completely wet after showering. It is hard to understand why such small but important details are missing.
The staff were competent and friendly. There is a restaurant directly at the hotel, and several supermarkets are within walking distance. In addition, there are plenty of free parking spaces available, which is very convenient.
