Friendly, polite service. The food was delicious. We laughed with staff and enjoyed eating breakfast! The omelettes and eggs were cooked exactly to our liking. Highly recommend this hotel.
Room service was very good. Fo manager and Hk staff was very friendly and polite. Always made our room very clean and comfortable. Towels and linen replaced regularly and fresh water left too. Hk always thiking for good service provide and don't delay to any request, thanks to Strato Hotel all employees.

Excellent Service Turned My Stay Around.
I stayed at this hotel in October while on a business trip. At first, I had a few issues with my room and honestly thought I would never return. However, after speaking with Sahry Ahmed, everything changed. He addressed my concerns immediately and went above and beyond my expectations. A true gem and a real asset to the hotel.
The cleaning staff and reception team were also very helpful and made the rest of my stay smooth and comfortable.
Special thanks once again to Sahry Ahmed for the excellent service. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care shown throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Avoid at All Costs – Worst Hotel Experience Ever!
I stayed at this hotel and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I booked my room through their official website weeks in advance. However, upon arrival, I was told that my booking "didn't go through" due to a "website issue. " Conveniently for them, the room was now available at five times the original price!
Desperate after a long journey, I had no choice but to pay the inflated price. When I finally got to my room, I was horrified. The room was filthy and reeked of an unbearable stench. The bedding looked like it hadn’t been changed and there were visible stains on the walls and floor.
Customer service was nonexistent. When I tried to raise my concerns, the staff was dismissive, blaming everything on "technical issues" or ignoring me altogether.
This hotel is a complete scam and doesn’t care about its guests. I strongly urge anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere—spend your money on a place that values cleanliness, honesty, and professionalism.
Save yourself the nightmare. Do not stay here.

1. I really didn't enjoy the breakfast.
2. I stayed for 4 nights, but they only gave me towel once, its not even after check-in, they gave me that towel after I asked multiple times.
3. This should be 1/5 but I add extra star for the kindness of security officer.

The teapot was quickly replaced. Hotel is near the metro station (3 min of walk)
Check-in was very slow as if the receptionists did not expect me to come. My passport was not recognized as a full-fledged document and I was required to present reservation no. The room smelled tobacco and I had to switch the bed lamp to the socket myself. The teapot was not in operation. Though the hotel is near airport, the breakfast (reportedly) starts only at 7 and fix-price breakfast is absent (also reportedly).

I came from my trip today at 7 am, and they woke me up and I couldn't sleep because of the sound of roads and construction. I spoke with the receptionist and he told me that there is construction work on the 7th floor. I told him I didn't sleep, and he told me we start work at 10. I'm very upset, and you should stop booking if you have construction work, The rating is very bad.

All the staff was so cheerful and friendly. From the Filipina receptionist to house keeping (the ones who cleans the room in the morning of September 30, 2020) to the staff of Rock City Bar. I want to thank u all for the warm stay. My thoughts was just about the glasses and the cups. We stayed there for 2 days and we asked if we can have the cups and glasses changed or washed since we used it on the first day. The house keeping (the guy who brought us the iron on september 30 2020) told us that they don't change it and we should wash it on our own and reuse it. I was dumbfounded since I used to work in the hotel as well. I hope they can change this rule. It ruins the friendly and hospitable atmosphere of the hotel. The guy receptionist in the morning of September 30 around 12am was amazingly kind for helping my friend book a room. Shout out to the Filipino guy who was checking ehteraz and temperature for treating us like a friend. The 2 Security of Rock City around 5-6pm u were awesome! The waitresses in Rock city were so cheerful and friendly. Because of the experience, I will definitely be booking again and recommend it to my friends. ~Room 408 ❤️
