The room was better than I expected for a 3-star hotel. The check-in process was very fast on arrival—it took only about one minute. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. There is a supermarket inside the hotel, and they can bring items directly to your room, which was really nice.
The suite room was very spacious and made me feel comfortable. However, there are still some areas that need improvement. The TV could be better, the floor felt a bit oily and not very clean, there were no slippers in the room, no bath robe, and no hair dryer provided.
The biggest issue was the bed mattress, it was extremely hard, like sleeping on a rock. I couldn’t sleep at all and ended up leaving around midnight to go home and sleep.
Please change the mattress.

Shabby. Old sheets, duvet doesn’t fit. Pillows stunk. Kitchen with no kitchenware. Washer with no dry rack. No hangars. No Restaurant. No store. Elevators OOS. Fire alarms were uncontrollable. Ac ooo. Furniture dirty. Mattresses not necessarily old, but they were cheap to start with so they aren’t comfortable. Old phone did not work unless you wiggled the cord just the right way. Access to the swimming pool was padlocked.
The refreshed room had a refreshed bathroom But they’re so old now even that they’re moldy and gross on the corners, The rest of the room looks shabby and has nothing to recommend it.
The shower in the “remodeled bathrooms” were pretty awesome.
Get an outward facing room otherwise you have no light.
