Super service. The staff is just brilliant, kind and always happy to assist with anything. I was upgraded so I ended up enjoying a huge place that could have easily fit three people. It was nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. Naturally you can enjoy good coffee and tea in your room any time. The breakfast was excellent as well. Really enjoyed my stay and will for sure stay here again.

Bad, if they are going to train people, you should start with the managers and the people who sell timeshares! We acquired one and it is nothing of what we were promised in the presentation, very high maintenance fees and the worst of all is that we could not use our membership freely because there was never availability, so after years of suffering finally we found out to cancel it, If someone else is going through something similar and want to get rid of their timeshare do not hesitate to send me an inbox, I'll gladly give you the information, greetings and never return to wyndham resorts.

It was a lovely experience in this elegant and historical hotel. Staffs are friendly and hospitality is at the top of my ratings. My daughter’s bday was really indeed a memorable one. Thank you for making it more special.

I had a very late check in which went smoothly which is always relaxing when you’ve just landed. The receptionist in the morning gave me a late check out which is what I needed! Lovely hotel just the rooms are a bit out of date.

I used to go to do massage at the SPA, but after a year, I come back and find the service became horrible. The showers are boiling hot, I called the staff to bring me towels but I was ignored. Had to wear my clothes while wet. Eventually, I went to file a complain, he manager was holding herself from laughing and told me they do not have it atm.

Spa services were great. Professional staff, quiet ambiance and therapeutic massage was highly welcomed. Definately will return.

First time in Qatar, hotel services were good and customer service great. Concierge was super helpful parking/retrieving vehicle and prepping air-conditioning as it's very hot this time of year. Reception let us check-in much earlier than our reservation into a twin bed room, since we arrived early. Once a king bed (as requested) became available they moved us to it. We had lots of luggage bags (transiting through Doha) we did not need and Concierge held it in their store room untill checkout. We had in room dinner only once and it was fine. With lots of food options around I suggest exploring elsewhere.

Nice and comfortable business hotel. Elegant lobby, 2 restaurants and nice health club. The business center is well equipped and good serviced. Satisfying experience.

The hotel is some distance away from the airport. It's adequate for the transit guest or overnight/short stay. If you are a fan of a super firm mattress then you will be ok. The food was also good and reasonably priced, you have sufficient 3 course options for vegeterians, white meat and red meat.

Hotel it self is very beautiful clean and cozy. People who working there are very friendly and helpful. But privacy is obviously bad, one night someone who works in a hotel wrote me on my private number which I gave at check in. I found it very strange that people have access to my private data and as a women who was there alone I feelt uncomfortable.

The room is really nice. The selection of food for breakfast and lunch is great. Felt at home with the good food available.

Very friendly and warm hotel, people are of very varied nationalities, indoor pool. Lack of alcoholic beverages, no room for smokers, the spa costs a bit expensive at seven hundred ryals Qatari. Various restorations during the week but we are bored if we stay long.

I enjoy my time great for quick visit very quiet and peaceful the stuff is high level.

Nice hotel but swimming pool you need to be careful had my kids wounds of there shrp tiles edges. Hope they resolve it. Good place after all.

Staff seems be friendly. Clean lobby, elevator and corridors leading up to the room. Room was clean. Friendly reception. Over all not bad.

We are regular customers and practicaly an everyday guest in your coffee shop. The place is good and service is ok BUT the food quality is declining. We dont even get condiments to go with our food (which are available before) and even side dishes seem reheated. This is so sad as Wyndham used to be a preferred hotel for us but its not anymore.

Location: For business travelers who want to travel to the industrial area, this location is not affected by the morning and night traffic jams because of its departure from the city centre, which makes it easier to access.
But the location of the hotel is not convenient place, you have to take a car to get to some food, shopping places.
Breakfast: Breakfast costs 99QR, but I think at this price, not very satisfied, so I only eat a day to give up.
Room Facilities: Equipment is not new, but still use. Service: The waiter in the hotel will help solve the problem of the customer, but it is not very active. Room cleaning needs to be strengthened.

Very Clean Hotel, lovely furnishing tastefully designed. Very friendly staff and and don't believe the rubbish reviews you read about staff attitude. Hotel is very quiet, windows are triple glazed, even through my room was on the road side, it was dead silent inside. They have free reserved parking outside the hotel and underground I loved the complementary welcome drink and warn facial towel at check in. And when we reached our room, they sent us some complementary cakes to the room. Very nice touches which showed just how much your are welcomed. They are very clear about their charges and made sure you understood what chargeable and what's not. Checkout took less than a minute. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Doha. Tip: Having a rented car for this location is preferred though Taxis are available.

The hôtels services is from worst To worst. I don't recommend it because of many reason like hygiene and the very slow service everywhere. Do not plan any meeting there = they have many issue with everything (issue that they did not solve for more than a year now) restaurant in 2/5 and only 3 waiters there and they can handle the pressure. Room not renovated … smells very bad…

I love to meet freinds and work associates in Al Koot Café in the lobby of Wyndham hotel. Great customer service and good coffee and tea!

Good 5 star hotel, but average as for doha standards.

I am in Chengdu, at the 5 star hotel, rooms, old bathrooms, friendly staff but: very long time to dine at the card (and it doesn't cost much) whatever you ask you have to bring a lot of patience, even in changing money there are problems, old hotel from 3 Stars not a hotel as you read Hotele RESORRTS the price is not adequate.

Breakfast is lousy. The scrambled eggs they serve are horrible in taste (seems like the chef has no clue how to make proper scrambled eggs that taste). Food is mostly cold, not much choices when it comes to fruits or cheese. Seems like the hotel is mostly catering for Arab nationals. The 5 star that it has is a joke as well, no wonder, the Qatari government gave the hotel 5 stars hahahaha… I'd rather stay in proper international accredited 5 star hotels.

One of the best places in Qatar. We went to Grand Gourmet Restaurant. Awesome food, Great ambiance and wonderful service. I recommend all to try once.

Yday July 30th, 2016 me and a group of friends went for the sushi night at however was a Terrible experience, the sushi has been cut very thin giving the impression that food was missing at the kitchen, more over the rice from the sushi was dry like it was made a day or two before, least but not last the sashimi cuts gave the impression that a piece of fish was placed in a blender and sliced. It wasn't my first time there but definitely after yesterday's experience I would never recommend the place to any of my friends and relatives! Hope you guys can make it better as it used to be!

Google posting the location is incorrect. Travellers going to this property should drive another 800 metres straight on this road until you arrive at sports roundabout and the the property is on the right.

Yapsolutely a five star hotel the staff are just awesome the rooms are top notch the amenities are outstanding and the price is competitive… I had a wonderful visit and great stay and I would recommend it to my friends.

A great staff, however a somewhat dated, breakfast not at the level of the competition. This isn't a bad choice but in Doha, competition is tough and there are better.

This has to be the worst Morrocan restaurant in town. Although located at the Wyndham hotel in Doha, it looks and feels like you are in one of those holes in the wall type of place. The people are friendly, the service and the food were both very mediocre. I wouldn't recommend the place for the price at all. Simply put, the food was horrible.

Best Stay I have had in the past.

It was a good two weeks experience, humble people, clean rooms, healthy food and free Internet. I enjoyed my stay. Everything was in order. Thank you Wyndham.

All the services are excellent, 1-2 points to be improved the receptionist at front desk, Spa, Supervisor of restaurant to be more friendly and don't look down for the South East Asia guests and make some classes in services.

I was staying in wyndham around 20 days and I didn't face any problem in hotel. All staffs are very good and helpful. Their room service and hospitality was awesome and love to stay again if any chance. Specially Guest relation and reception teams are assisting very well. Regarding food an other stuff, it was very nice. Rooms are very good clean and every facilities were gud in the hotel. Enjoyed a lot during my stay here and liked it too much.

This is for the Moroccan restaurant at the hotel. I went for a meal in Aug 2013, had soup, cuscus with lamb and a lemon mint drink. Came home and spent the next 48 hours with food poisoning. The most severe I have ever had.
