I stayed in this hotel room for a few days, and overall the experience was pretty good. The room itself was comfortable and had everything I needed. The bed was soft, the AC worked well, and the lighting made the room feel cozy. I also liked that the bathroom was quite spacious and the hot water was consistent.
Housekeeping did a good job throughout my stay. Every time I came back to the room, everything was neatly arranged, the trash was taken out, and the amenities were refilled. It just gave me a satisfying feeling knowing the room was taken care of. Great job ANTU. I’m very happy.

I had an exceptional stay at the Grand Regency Hotel. I booked a room for three days and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service throughout my visit. One highlight was the concierge service—upon departure, they provided a brand-new Mercedes E200 to take me from the hotel to Hamad International Airport. It was an unexpected and luxurious touch that made my experience even more memorable.
A special mention goes to Moses and Maita, who were in charge of assisting me during my stay. Their service was truly outstanding—professional, attentive, and incredibly warm. They ensured every detail was taken care of, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable.
Highly recommended, and I would definitely return!

Old furniture, smells bathroom and not comfortable beds.
However, the person at the check in was awesome and he give us an upgrade for a one bedroom apartment. That was an awesome. Thank you.

Last minute booking and could not be more grateful for the hospitality and service at this hotel. Yasmine in the office worked hard to accommodate our requests for a larger group and the concierge group were outstanding in giving us directions on where to go and were great with transportation booking. We will stay there again.

For what we paid, we got excellent value for money. Breakfast was included in our deal which made it even better value for money. Overall I would say this hotel is an excellent 4 star hotel, unfortunately it falls below my standards for a 5 star hotel.
Swimming pool and jacuzzi very good, what let the hotel down was housekeeping weren’t replenishing water bottles unless we called and asked, 2 days had passed where our room wasn’t cleaned despite requesting it be cleaned. One of our rooms toilet flush stopped working and they kindly moved the guests in that room to the 6th floor.
We stayed on the 4th floor, as soon as you come out of the lifts a strong stench of fags (must be coming from smoking bedrooms). In other 5 star hotels smoking rooms are on another floor.
Security and conceirge very friendly and helpful, especially Sanna who was excellent and very helpful — a true gentleman. Overall a great experience and would return.

Even though I only spent a few hours at the hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were so nice and really efficient. Maybe when they built it x10-20 years ago.
Accommodation is so better 3*. The furniture in the rooms would need to be completely replaced.
Breakfast standard nothing special.
Cleaning the room came to us at 17:30.
(You don't even have to clean it anymore)
But the most disgusting thing was the pigeons around the pool. They are there to scratch everything. Is it so hard to eliminate them? Normally I would give you 2* but considering you had a hot tub by the pool I give you 3*. It was the best thing about your hotel. After being on your feet all day it was a relief in the evening. And a big + is also the open pool until 22:00.

The hotel has its best years clearly behind. The rooms are well used and could for sure need a fresh upgrade. If you get a non-smoking room but already smell the smoke on the way to your room, that’s definitely not acceptable. And finding ash from cigarettes on the window…. Nothing else to say.
The location is central and you can reach everything in time in Doha.
For the price you pay, I would have expected a bit more comfort and a cleaner room.

Reasonable for the value. Breakfast was good and a great range of offering. Bed was comfortable (most important if like me you spend little time in the hotel). Staff are certainly very friendly and helpful as is often the case for the Middle East.
