I was lucky to spend 5 nights in a superb suite and 2 last nights in the Presidental Suite… just amazing time I had… unbeatable price during Ramadan season… reception desk with Mr. Rosham is so helpful and an excellent host. I also love the fitness center which I used twice daily. Swimming pool area on top floor with bar is superb. Also the best massage with Miss Lisa I really could relax and enjoy in a wonderful peaceful clean aerea. Location next to Metro and National Museum and restaurants, shops is perfect. An amazing experience in every sense. The hotel in Doha was very comfortable in terms of cleanliness, calm atmosphere, and warm hospitality. Everything was well organized and thoughtfully managed.
I would especially like to praise the hotel salon, particularly Yasmin and her team, who were outstanding — highly professional, gentle, and very skilled. They made me feel relaxed from the first moment, and the results were wonderful.
I would also like to commend the coffee staff for their excellent service. The coffee was absolutely delicious, especially the Americano and Spanish latte, which were perfectly prepared.
Thank you for the lovely experience. I will definitely visit again and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Sherao Hotel in Doha. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable.
Thanks to Jenny, the receptionist, who welcomed us with a warm smile and provided outstanding assistance throughout our stay. She was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Indeed, all the staffs have genuine hospitality that truly made us feel at home.
The room was clean and cozy, and the facilities were well-maintained. Overall, Sherao Hotel exceeded our expectations — highly recommended for anyone visiting Doha!

I had a really great stay at Sherao Hotel in Doha. The location couldn’t be better—right across from the National Museum. My room was big, clean, and super comfortable. What made the experience even better was the staff—Jenny and Ranjitha at the front desk were so kind and helpful, always with a smile. I truly felt welcomed. Would definitely stay here again!

Just had a disappointing stay at Sherao Hotel Doha (Shraa’o) recently. My room was on the second floor, right above a very noisy street and next to what seemed like loud air conditioning units. The noise was unbearable, and I barely got any sleep.
I brought this up with the staff, hoping to be moved to a quieter room, but nothing was done. For a place that charges for comfort and rest, not being able to sleep at all is unacceptable.
When you book a hotel, the bare minimum you expect is a good night’s rest. Sadly, that wasn’t the case here.

Really bad experience. We are 5 ladies. All in all we feel ripped off. No good will at all from the hotel management. It turns out they prefer empty rooms over happy guests. Also noisy rooms if you are at the low level. No hangers, dirty windows. I would not recommend this hotel. Location is also not great. Maya (London)

I stayed here for just one night, and everything exceeded my expectations. Jenny, the receptionist, was absolutely wonderful — welcoming, kind, and very efficient. She made the check-in and check-out process smooth and even offered helpful tips for making the most of my short stay.
The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable night. The bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day.
Even though my stay was brief, Jenny’s excellent service and the overall quality of the hotel made a strong impression. I would definitely return and recommend this place to others!

This is the first time I stayed at this hotel. Starting from the receptionists who were professionals and very polite. Bellboy and housekeeping service also were fast when we asked for service. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and shining. New items we found such as alarm watch with radio. Iron, auto washing machine were available. We really enjoyed with this organized place and would like to repeat our stay again.

Excellent hotel, everyone welcomed us warmly upon entering. They stored our luggage. The hotel's location is excellent. The rooms are clean, spacious. I needed to print a document and the reception was always helpful. When we come to qatar again. We will definitely stay here. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic experience at Sherao Hotel in Doha. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel’s dining options were excellent, with a delicious breakfast and tasty meals throughout the day. Its location is also convenient, close to major attractions and shopping areas.

Very bad!
There is no soundproofing in the hotel, when I am in the room I hear the noise of cars. At the reception from 8am to 3pm there is the sound of repairs, drilling and demolition. The room cleaning service is very bad. The pictures on the websites of this hotel are beautiful but deceptive and the reality is very bad. If you want to waste your money and time, you are in the right place. I would never recommend this hotel.

A great stay. Good communication from the hotel staff who were friendly and polite throughout. Lovely room. Good location. No issues — would recommend.

They are very bad, I went with them in very stringent cancellations experience ever in my life.
It took from me more than a 20 days ended with charging one night as per policy.
The issue prolonged because they are not reviewing caring and not monitoring booking. Com communication.
It was very painful experience and I don’t recommend such hotel at all.

Amazing service, staff the place is pretty clean and the suites are really well built. The best thing was the bed and the shower.
