What really made our stay special for a 2weeks was the outstanding service. Every staff member, from the reception to the restaurant, was friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. When we mentioned it was our anniversary, we have received a complimentary fruit basket in our room. These personal touches really made us feel valued more like of a home.
To the Manager Ibrahim, who was incredibly friendly and even provided great tips on local sights, your presence made our stay even more wonderful. Kudos! such a nice person.
The location is ideal – close enough to local shops and restaurants, yet far enough to feel tranquil and private.
Minor Feedback.
The only minor point for improvement was that the air conditioning unit in our specific room was a bit noisy at night. However, this was a small detail in an otherwise perfect stay.
Overall Impression.
We can't fault this place and will definitely go back. If you are looking for a pleasant stay with friendly and welcoming staff, and a feeling of home, this is a must-visit destination!

I have stayed here for two weeks and when I booked it earlier I had low expectations as this is a 3 star hotel. I can tell you now that I was positively shocked, the staffs here (reception, security, housekeeping) and basically all staffs ate super cooperative and their smile is seriously contagious. The treatment here is like 5 stars hotel. I was using public transportation bus and metrolink stops are only 5 min away walking. Two major supermarket only 5 min away. The only issue was that the restaurants around are all asian so personally it was an issue but I used delivery apps and didnot let that ruin my trip.
Next time coming to doha I will never blink while choosing this hotel again.

A major plus point is the Smart TV; we can watch YouTube, Netflix, Prime, or whatever we want on it—that is good. However, I booked Park view room but they didn’t provide me and I noticed a musty smell in the room, which I found quite inappropriate. The hotel's location is good, and there is a park nearby, so that is nice. The staff did not seem very welcoming. I wouldn't call them bad or good; they were just average. Other welcome amenities and welcome drinks are good. Despite all this, I didn't feel it was a great experience.

The average 4-star review led me to believe I’d like this place better than I actually did. I stayed here through a Qatar Airways layover program. First, let me say the staff was very kind and accommodating. From the security guards to the reception team, from the restaurant staff to the pool, everyone demonstrated great customer service. The issue for me was the room. I didn’t walk in my room barefoot the whole time. I also never felt fully relaxed in the room because it was dingy and in need of deep cleaning. Seeing a stain on the headboard and noticing all the other cosmetic issues with the room made me feel unsettled. I’m glad I only had a 1-night stay.
The buffets were decent and had a number of choices, but the coffee from the machine wasn’t good. I took a sip and set it aside.
The pool was small, but refreshing. I made sure to take advantage of it to cool down on a hot day.
Would I stay here again? Not unless the place is renovated.

Airline put us here due to missed connection.
Staff friendly. Great communication on the front desk about transfer times back to the airport. Food hot and there’s plenty to choose from. Desserts were tasty. Room clean and shower hot. No complaints.

Qatar Airways put us up here due to a flight delay. It was about 30 minutes from the airport. Floors were dirty, the bathroom sink had black mould and the bathroom floor was dirty. They did a nice buffet for breakfast and lunch and dinner but some of the breads and pastries were stale.

We stayed at Palm Inn Doha for 10 days in 1Bedroom Apartment during the last week of April 2025.
We were welcomed by Mr. Ibrahim and Ms. Hani and a quick check-in was made.
The apartment was very good with a large living room, a separate big bedroom, kitchen and a big bathroom which are very well maintained, clean and tidy. Private (arking.
It also has a restaurant, which includes some Indian food items as well and they are tasty too.
The hotel service staff are very cooperative.
Overall we had a very homely stay and enjoyed and recommend for families.

Just checked out and I must say, I’m pleasantly surprised! Booked a room for just 150 QAR through Booking. Com, and it honestly exceeded all my expectations.
The room was spacious and clean, with a fresh, modern look. The bathroom was spotless and fully stocked — not just basic soap and towels, but even shampoo, a shaving kit, and other small touches that made a big difference. You can tell they care about guest comfort.
There was also a smart TV with internet access, which kept me entertained throughout the stay. Everything worked perfectly.
Breakfast was another highlight, lots of variety, fresh items, and plenty to fill you up. For this price point, it’s rare to find this kind of quality and attention to detail.
I’m sitting outside the hotel right now after check-out, and genuinely feel like I got more than I paid for. Highly recommended for solo travelers and families or anyone looking for a clean, comfy, well-equipped place in Doha without spending too much.

Amazing hotel, we stayed there for 1 night. Keep in mind the schedule for pool 9-20, we didn't have time for it. The breakfast is great, but we asked for it at 6, and they brought it to us at 6:20. We had to leave the hotel at 6:30, not very convenient.

Due to the flight delay, Qatar airways 1 day stay at this hotel. I thought it wouldn't be a good hotel, but it turned out to be really nice, a great place to stay. The services, food, and everything else were excellent and the rooms were very neat and clean. I really liked it.

My family stayed one night at this hotel, and after checking out, we realized at the airport that my son had left his cap behind. I called the hotel, and they confirmed it was found. I asked them to keep it until I returned, but due to delays, I wasn’t able to come back for a while. When I finally went to collect it (after 4 months exactly 18/12/2024), I was told that items aren’t kept for that long. They said they would check, but of course, it was no longer there.
I’m not sure what item retention policy the hotel follows, but I really suggest they consider keeping valuable lost items for at least a year, even if they need to charge a small fee. Throwing away guests’ belongings, especially valuable ones, doesn't leave a good impression. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration.

Great nice quiet place. Serves as transit hotel for Qatar Airlines. Wonderful service, clean rooms, responsive staff. The Chef was very benevolent to serve a meal outside dining hours on request too.

Cleanliness and Sanitation.
I had an issue with cleanliness and sanitation of this hotel. There's smell of roaches in the hallway. Though the room looks fairly clean, the floor is sticky and feels need more rinsing. The location is near the airport that's why we were booked here but if you guys will stay here, I hope you'll have better experience 😊

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms were good but may need minor maintenance in a few areas.
