It’s truly one of the finest places to spend a relaxing weekend.
Taslim at the reception stood out for his exceptional professionalism and warm welcome. He received us with the utmost hospitality, setting the tone for a memorable stay. His attentiveness and dedication greatly enhanced our overall experience.
We also appreciate the rest of the staff, who were equally supportive, courteous, and welcoming throughout our visit.

Nice place to stay are friendly staff help full front office staff and room service staff KAMAL, VIKRANT AND SHREEYA DID FANTASTIC JOB thanks a lot.

We booked our room early but we came late by 30mins according to the regulations on the paper that we dint know, Mr. Mohammed Ali night shift staff gave us the room that we dint book by telling us past midnight he switched our booking to another guest, to make it worse he gave us double bed which wasn't our choice and even lecturing us by even threatening us that if your not satisfied you can call manager number, he even went a head of removing his job tag from his coat for us to read his name properly so that we can master him properly when raising our issue. I asked him politely why he's rude he remained sounding rude all through, I asked him could it because we are Africans because our treatment looks different from other guests we found there🤔He said he doesn't care about Africa, I'm asking management to look into this and any African going there just risk at your own. Until they change Mohammed from reception it's bye bye for me with Lavilla please let me take my small money where appreciated (200). I'm disappointed alot.

I had a great stay at Lavilla Apartments! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops and transport. It felt safe and peaceful perfect for both short and long stays. Highly recommend Lavilla Apartments for anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Cleaning room 2 times a week, the staff was really nice, receptionist on top😅had a lot of file to print out… Even security guy🫡That was a really nice time I had at La Villa Inn apartments hotel.

In my opinion the most bad 👎 hotel me ever stayed.
I thought to stay almost 30 days after see their laaaaaa villa in suddenly ran 🏃‍♀️ out.
I told this to them no show any mind my words.

Upon check out they charge me for the blood stain on the service towel. My nose bleed during that time and wipe it with the said towel. I explained my side but still charge me. Even though we're staying there every week.

I made the mistake of booking this place.
The room was OK but I had an AC leakage.
They charge you money if you lose your card or ask for a replacement which is a policy that is not acceptable for any hotel or apartment hotel.
The location of the place is so bad.
Next to the haraj market.
And more importantly, they don’t have any parking and no valet parking.

The Receptionist by the name of Irfan was so rude while speaking to the guests. He would not let the guests' family in to visit even after showing proof of identity and passing the x-ray check.
We appreciate the Security for mediating. He acted very professional. Wish we knew his name.

Fair rooms for a short stay, and very good service. Easily accessible location and I don't think that has a great parking Area. The minus points are very noisy 🙄 and congested areas. Surrounded by many Bengali and Nepali citizens on Thursday eve it will give a glimpse of DHAKA.

Someone from housing keeping stole my wife’s gold wedding band. I spoke to staff regarding this incident and they were not helpful. I hope they do the right thing and compensate us for the stolen item. My wife was rightful hurt by this incident. It is unfortunate this happened to her during her last day in doha. I would recommended to not bring valuable items since the staff are not trustworthy. Horrible experience!

Had a horrible experience during my last stay when I realized someone from housekeeping stole my gold wedding band. I was beyond livid when I found out. I am waiting to hear back from staff regarding compensation for my stolen item. Would recommend to hide your valuables. They left the empty box with no ring. Insult to injury!
