Dissatisfaction. On arrival been told we've got room only paid. Thanks God I had paper printed for booking as a proof we have paid for half board. Still question about outstanding balance to pay. Booking said everything is paid, but hotel request an extra money. Booking. Com not replying back too. Think I will never come again to Doha. Personal are nice and palaid. I can't say bad words about them, but whole hotel system is crap. Booking manager does poor job.

Location is not exciting. A regular city hotel. Maintenance, service, beds, towels etc are good. Breakfast average. Room refrigerator is very small. Staff is good. Can be surely termed as cost effective but not luxurious.

We stayed at the Copthorne Hotel in Doha and we enjoyed the stay. The hotel is close to the airport and its a nice 4 star place. No frills but the basics are taken care of very very well. Great breakfast with a touch of local cuisine. Overall a good place to stay.

Excellent price for room. Beautiful hotel. Very clean. The Food is delicious and the staff is the most friendly and helpful staff I've ever encountered in a hotel. If you've got a long layover in n Qatar. I highly recommend you book a room here. Put a bathing suit in your carry on for the hot tub and pool!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff at the best level. Comfortable room with a great view, very comfortable bed, regularly working air conditioner. Well equipped gym and sauna. Wi-Fi is weak but it is a hallmark of all Doha, not a separate hotel. Recommend.

Old but charming, lacks maintenance, needs renovation. Plumbing in the room I stayed was bad, tap won't work, bath tub drain plug won't stay in place.

Good and cheap place to chill pool is small and gym is just right the rooms Are average and the restaurant is good.

Its a very nice cool hotel, and the best thing is at lobby they got pool table and I just love playing at my free time.

It’s an ok hotel for the price. The rooms are very dated and the bathrooms look like they are from the 1950’s. The bathrooms need a refurb and the rooms need more lighting. The room service menu is limited and pricey. The pool is too small and the shape is not right for a business hotel where people want to swim lengths… no more than two people can use it at the same time!

Food are awesome and very accommodating staff. A must try experience… I loved it!

Very nice clean hotel and extremely friendly staff.

Qatar air missed their own connection so had to stay here for 24 hours. This hotel did not accept the expenses voucher we were given by the airline and said we could only eat from the buffet, smells like a scam to me. When we did pay for our own food, lamb, it was very dry and barely edible. You'll get much better mid-east food from any restaurant in London. 4 star this place is not.

Although not in the prime location such as water front, but if you want good rooms and plenty of local food nearby then this is the place, along with the others on the same street.

Our flight had 10 hours of stay and Qatar Airline was offering free visa and stay and food so we went to copthorne hotel it was near the airport but in the city. Room was big with Windows opening to the main road bathroom was big trendy and equipped with lastest stuff. We had free buffet at night and it had few main dishes including fish chicken some other dishes. Taste was good. Overall it was a good experience. Would recommend for a normal stay I think it was away from main city.

Only stayed for one day. Food was good, accommodation was clean except the bar fridge had mould in it. Not 4 star.

We stayed 2 night at this hotel while visiting a few friends, The hotel was about a 15 min drive from the airport and 10 min to Doha downtown or to the corniche. The hotel staff was pleasant and rooms were comfortable, its on the main road so there is a lot of traffic day and night. Parking at the hotel was free. For the price this is not a bad place to stay at, we didn't try the restaurant at the hotel so can't comment on how the food was.

Clean and quiet. The hotel is located in a nice locality with access to transportation near by.

Friendly, welcoming and efficient staff. Food — amazing! Large, clean and comfortably airconditioned room. Airport shuttle reliable and on time.

The food was great! Their salad are so fresh. Their event's coordinator did a great job with kiddie parties.

We went for dinner, food is good. Soup salads sweets nice. Main dish no bad but expected couple of more options.
Over all good, staff, cleanses nice.

Good aroma and vibes, well located at airport road with good parking facilities. U can enjoy ur timr there.

Good hospitality & very good rooms I was there as part of the Asia Rugby Championship so we had special attention given All in all very satisfied.
