Worst hotel ever. I know for sure that I left my samsung earbuds at room 107. And its original samsung buds. Just disappointed that even they said that they didnt find I believed 100% it was there. First time ever here in Qatar I experienced this. Never trust this hotel anymore.
Im really disappointed of this hotel. I forget my samsung galaxy buds color white at room 107 yesterday. First I tried to reach the hotel but nobody answering the call. I messaged in booking but they’re not replying fast. And then now they’re saying is the cleaner didn’t find anything. But im 200% sure that I forgot in the bed.
They’re being strict. But they’re not being honest of the things that customers left. I know 100% sure that I forgot my earbuds on that room.
So please kindly please give it back. Ill try to go there again tomorrow. Please you never know how much it meant that to me. Please.
