Mike and John are unbeatable in hospitality and building community. They went over and above in every area of our group stay. Not only that, they are beloved by the community and everyone you meet who knows them lights up. The guesthouse is genuinely one of the sweetest, most unique places I’ve ever visited. The back garden is enchanting and the pool is lovely to cool off in during the heat of the day. The set up of the house supports human interaction and community building. The rooms are enchanting, each with a different flare and design. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the perfect comfort after a long day. A magical and charming place. Even before your arrival, they make you feel pleased. John personally welcomed us and gave us the best tips and advice to enjoy the island, from places to eat to the best beaches of the season. The place is very cozy and exquisitely decorated. Our room was ultra clean, very comfortable and finely set. Mike and John offer you everything you need for a spectacular beach day: beach chairs, towels, even a tote bag. We had the experience of Hurricane Dorian's announcement and they were quick to allow us to stay as needed, provide shelter and make us feel protected during the emergency. I definitely recommend Casa de Amistad without reservations. You will not regret it and will be highly satisfied to stay there. They are the best!

It’s a beautifully magical place to stay. Decoration is unique and tasteful. Extremely clean and neat. The owners are so charming and welcoming, they are available for any questions, suggestions and even a nice chit chat during your day. I’ll recommend this guesthouse to anyone and everyone. First of all, it’s just a couple of blocks from the ferry, so that was nice. It’s a lovely place. You feel respected and wanted. There are little things to make your stay easier, like beach towels available, mosquito spray, an outdoor shower. The grounds are landscaped beautifully, with a small, but pristine pool. Bill greeted us and showed us around. The room was small, but lovely. The decor is eclectic and tasteful. Owen, the owner actually drove my husband to get a rental car. Everything was very clean. It was extremely easy to be here. We want to come back!

It's like 30 second walk from the ferry terminal. The ferry rides are around four times a day. Its location is super convenient.

My husband and I stayed at Casa de Amistad during our 1st time in Vieques, many years ago. Have been returning once or twice a year ever since and always stay here. Owen and his staff are so warm and caring. They do what they can to ensure your vacation is everything you dreamed it would be… From providing ultra clean, beautifully appointed rooms and community spaces to sharing a wealth of information about what's happening in town, best places to eat and play, etc. Conveniently located in downtown Isabella, an easy walk to local events and shopping, and a block from the water. If you're planning on a trip to Vieques and looking for a place to stay… look no further :-)

We were really impressed with the place. Super laid back hosts and guests. Owen was great and very helpful with our questions, etc… Shared kitchen (and coffee) was fantastic. Small pool/garden area was a great place to relax after activities on the island. Plenty of restaurants in the area. By the way, the place is family friendly. We were there with our two kids. However, book early as there are very few rooms that accommodate more than two people. Hope to be back again soon!

Cute place to stay at. Rob was super helpful and a delight to interact with. We got coolers, beach chairs and snorkeling gear at casa Amistad for a small fee which was really convenient. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a small pool to unwind after a hard day of beach bumming.

Superb accommodation, tastefully decorated, with very nice rooms. The terrace with the pool is very nice and the common kitchen is well equipped and functional. Good location We recommend!

I like how they have arranged their facilities, their bedrooms, swimming pool and their very attentive staff. We thought we'd go back and stay longer.

This best bed and Breakfast is the best on the island. Cozy, expertly run, it just right for vacationers who don't need the pampering of a resort or a high end establishment. Enjoy!

Literally as it is called that's how you feel. I think I have the best options in Vieques to want to stay again. Excellent facilities and the attention of the best.

Staff was attentive and informative. Room 4 was clean and had everything we needed: small fridge, fridge, tv, lots of towels, bathmats, and beach towels. This place has everything you need to have a perfect time on the island. From snorkeling gear, to beach chairs, coolers, bicycles, use of a full kitchen, BBQ grill and pool. Our room had a 2nd floor deck with chairs and an umbrella. Beer and water for sale in a common kitchen fridge. There is a fountain providing natural water flow sounds. Beautifully painted, and beautiful flowers all around. A roof top deck. Everything was outstanding. Fully recommend.

This place is amazing. The host was super friendly. There are a ton of amenities that come along with your room: well stocked kitchen (you buy your own food), outdoor patio and pool, beach bag and towels, beach chairs, coolers and ice packs. Will definitely stay here again.
