Not a bad hotel. Very clean and nice. Communication is a little weird despite everyone speaking English. The bartender Carlos was very nice.

The air conditioning raised the temperature at night, causing heat, you could not sleep well. The breakfast was very good.
As pulled out of a box and its super limited menu there was not even bread. Everything else was ok.

It's like the third or fourth time that we stayed, pq treatment always if good. But, today, 21 sep, THE BARTENDER that hill gave us a LOUSY SERVICE, I try super HOSTILE more however only some clients treated them with kindness. I understand that the treatment should be equal for all, thanks. And I never complain about, she got me yearning for uncontrolled. We don't go back.

This is a great place to stay if you have family with children! The pool had a small water playground with slide and lots of little water activities. The pool bar was not open during my stay but the music played was nice. They have a nice little continental breakfast buffet and coffee/cocktail bar in the lobby. My room was very comfortable and quiet. I don't think people come to the island for the hotels but this is a nice convenient one to many beaches and old San Juan.

Not only were we extremely early for our 4:pm check in time, but we had all our luggage with us! Lany had no problem checking us in, checking our bags, inviting us to take part in their breakfast that was still open, and giving us a key to the pool while we waited for the room to be ready! Lany has also continued to go out of her way to help us get settled! So far, I’m blown away at the friendliness and efficiency here! The pool is beautiful and really quite large; 2 corners have jets, one wall has a waterfall, there’s a seating area, and a kid zone! The room is great and very spacious! Edit: The bed was super comfortable! Got a great nights sleep before our early morning departure. Their shuttle was destroyed in the hurricane, they are trying to get a new one going. So, we used Uber! Great alternative to taxi and WAY cheaper! I highly I recommend this hotel to travelers.

Excellent customer service, great room (comfortable bed), breakfast included, but… on our stay of 4 days/3 nights they never clean the room. Garbage basket full, never vacuum the floor, never made the bed or clean the bathroom. We told at Reception and the lady didn't give an explanation or apologize, she just race her eyebrows and move her head, "hope you'll be back", that's it. That's why I give 3 stars.

Myself, I think first responders were a gift to the island. Thanks to all! As far as they’re staying on the governments dime, they stay wherever hotels are working and able to offer a government rate. It’s people that post hateful things who show their ignorance. These people are away from their families for months at a time and working long 12-14 hour days, 7 days a week! Thank you to the hotels for welcoming and appreciating their hard working responders.

The room is great but the customer service sucks. It's hardly anyone at the front desk. I wanted to order room service and the guest host said someone would be up with the menu. Well 15 mins later no one showed and I ended up going downstairs and the guy at the front desk just brushed us off as if he had other important things to do.

I'm sure many recent reviews in Puerto Rico are by first responders who must think they are gods gift to this island. In fact many of them just came for a paid vacation on the governments dime. This hotel has an excellent location and the pool area is one of the best of many the brands you might expect to do better. The breakfast buffet is such a nice touch and very delicious.

I would not recommend this hotel. They price gouge beer. No free coffee except for breakfast. The breakfast is not good. Often the melon and cantelope smells sour. This means that they are not kept refrigerated. They will not put wash cloths in your room. I have photo proof that they do not change air conditioning filters. After staying in hotel for a month I had to go to the hospital with a upper respiratory infection. This hotel does not meet Hyatt standards.

I will absolutely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. The room was spacious and accommodated five people on the two double beds and pull our sofa. There was live music in the lobby on the weekend and the service was great!

Great place with plenty of amenities! Pool has a bar and a kids water section. The rooms are very clean and have a full kitchen.

It was a lifetime experience for me to stay at this place. I got a suit with kitchen staff and all other great amenities. Excellent harbour veiw, airstrip veiw, a bit away from 6he happening places. But should be an excellent choice to rest and enjoy the warm hospitality of a great chain hotel. Love to go back there if I get a chance.

Very nice hotel and very close to airport and a few short minutes to Old San Juan. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful (we traveled with my son and niece) so the extra help at check-in/ out was appreciated. The kids were crazy about the pool area. Breakfast was very nice. Also, there is a Olive Garden AND a Long Horn steakhouse literally across the street. It was a fabulous stay. My mothers day weekend was extra special. This hotel was an excellent choice. Thank you.

New hotel located in San Juan City center. Just a quick ride to Old San Juan and conveniently located across the Convention Center. Rooms are very clean and decorated European style. The bathroom is big and includes a massage shower head. Will definitely come back to this property on my next visit to Puerto Rico.

I stayed at this hotel with my family and friends before boarding the Disney Cruise. Everything was fine until I left the hotel facilities and I find out that I was missing some of my personal items. Upon my arrival at the hotel I noticed and reported that the safe wasn't not working but the response from the office was that they needed an "engineer" to change the battery. Engineer who never arrived. Without any other option I leave my belongings in my hand luggage and the sign in the door of not disturbing. When boarding the cruise I realized these items were missing. They stole three watches, gold and silver necklace, and ear ring. I report it because it seems to me an abuse of this hotel line that has not taken up any action so far and ruined the holidays with my family. First for not having the right people in their facilities. And second because they do not have their equipment in good condition. Someone from their facilities stole my stuff and so far I did no hear anything from them.

Nice place, spacious clean rooms. Nice lobby, adequate gym, and OK pool. The staff was very nice. Great @ multitasking and showed care about the guest. Just need more rooms with tubs. Bar area was nice And other amenities were a nice fit.

Loved this hotel! Had a nice warm breakfast. Excellent cleanines. Very comfy beds. Had a mini fridge in the room. Restaurants nearby the hotel. Good option to stay.

Stayed here in May 2016 and had a great experience. The room was nice and clean and new. Great central location and easy to get to different places. The hotel concierge was efficient and friendly, they had a great breakfast buffet and small cafe and general store. Had a live band one night. The pool is amazing. Great place to stay if you are traveling with kids.

Most enjoyable time even off it being just a generator but uggg house keeping is always forgetting to put toilet paper bro g flush able wipes.

The hotel is brand new and pretty much ok for the one to two night traveler. Not even a microwave in the bedrooms, so you have to either buy the hotel food or go outside. No good for the stationed military. Not well administered against natural disasters. People and military relief personel were evacuated from it on the second day after a hurricane because they did not saved enough fuel for their power plant. Not well planned.

The place is terrific. The staff very friendly and attentive. They are very diligent in any problem you have in the place. The service is super fast. The rooms are well clean and well cared for. The pool area is excellent, it's also an area for children. In my stay I had the opportunity to try the breakfast buffet is very varied and excellent. The price is reasonable, not so expensive, nor so cheap. A very good place if you have some activity in the Convention Center of Puerto Rico.

Our check in wasn't until 3 but we arrived @ 1:30 and was accommodated. Nice spacious room and shower. Customer service and staff were excellent. Great pool area. Good breakfast buffet. And they have a laundry room too! Will definitely come again.

We love it. The rooms have a large flat screen TV, two queen size beds, a sofa/bed, coffee​ table, closet, desk and chair, three dresser draws, refrigerator, coffee maker, you will find a full size ironing board and steam iron. There is a hair blower in the restroom which is of great help. The pool is a great addition and a smaller gym is just right for having a wonderful stay. The lobby is where you go early to have a great breakfast each morning of your stay.

I wish there were more food places walking distance but besides that had a wonderful experience staying here multiple nights. Rooms were pretty good size and beds were amazingly comfortable. Had a great stay.

Excellent hotel. If you have an event at the convention center, this is the place to stay. Breakfast included, parking is a little more expensive than other places but it is very safe. The rooms are very clean and beautiful, very modern. In general the service is excellent.

Everything was everything for our stay at the Hyatt Place in San Juan. The wife and I spent 9 days here as guest. Giselle was by far the best poolside bar maid, Jason was an awesome guest services host. Were giving 4 stars because there is always room for improving. The only downer we experienced was that the Hyatt Place shares their pool facilities with the Hyatt House. When a lot of those House members come over, the pool can get crowded. Other than that? SPOT ON STAY! Thanks guys for a wonderful stay.

Hyatt house since I arrived comensaron the errore charged me what was on my card then when I went out to check my ttgeta another error but I dublicaron the collection of my stay, my card is on rotation to speak with the general manager I always suggest it to communicate with you never called me after a month that I kept calling the offices of US, and they solved all vracias for nothing to the general manager of hyatt house in Puerto Rico and is not the first case.

Excellent hotel accommodations. Jason is an awesome receptionist/ host. He has a lot patience. While at were about to check in he was dealing with a family who wasnt actually paying attention to what he was trying to do to help them. While they were getting argumentative he was solid in his resolve of the situation. When we came up next he promptly apologized for them and for not being able to check us in pronptly, which clearly was was not his fault. I respect him and the hotel staff PLUS I am having a great stay.

The hotel it self was fantastic and the location was great. The rooms where very clean and the staff very helpful, I absolutely loved the pool. The added benefit of breakfast was one of my main reasons for staying since I didn't want to rush out in the morning to find food. The location was great being minutes from Ashford Ave. And 10 min Away from Old San Juan. I also liked that it was very close to the airport which made coming and going a breeze. My only gripe would be having to pay for parking but there isn't a place to park In San Juan where you aren't paying.

Glad we chose this place, it is centered around everything. Family friendly environment and the place is Clean. Free breakfast everyday was great. The pool area is clean and the kids had a ball. We decided to pay the $14 a day to park after witnessing a car accident across the street, where parking is free.

Checking in was horrible I waited a hour and my room wasn't even ready so I had to tell the lady at the front desk to find out why it's taking so long so she quickly called housekeeping and said to get my room ready since I've been waiting for a hour then finally I got my keys! My room was clean and nice and loved how they have free Wi-Fi everywhere and the free breakfast in the morning is a plus! Also like how the lobby has lots of charger outlets to use while you are waiting! Low how this hotel is only a 10 min drive from the airport and there are restaurants walking distance.

It is nice, clean, the rooms large and comfortable. Swimming pool very nice. But, we do check in and we had to wait almost two hours in what supposedly were cleaning. I did not like the deal. By phone we were told that check in was at 3 and when we arrived we were told it was at 4, but still at 4:40 we were waiting at the front desk. It took a lot in getting us towels at the pool. I don't think that return.

Beautiful. Excellent service. But we had mishaps by insect visitors in the fourth and duplication of allocation of my room, having the experience of q we opened the door. Personal of first.
