All beautiful very clean and quiet children and not so children enjoy an amount the pool closes at 11 pm and the water had heating are in front of the apartments and as there are many there is no conglomerate of people.

Beautiful place! very private, the place is very secure by the management, the pool incredible and fun! on point 🇵🇷🇵🇷 my apt is beautiful and clean, spacious, love it! very happy.

The place is amazing. Has a lot of entertainment for youngsters and adults. Green areas were kept trimmed, parking is in good shape and the warm pool is actually warm. However public showers weren't maintained. Water went everywhere except on you. And the river pool had dirt in it. Face masks were all over around the river pool. There was a lack of garbage bins around the pool area, but there's plenty on the parking lot area so residents can take their trash out. Also the rocks surrounding the pool with the slide are really hard on your feet, so don't walk around the pool without sandals. The beach access is so nice to have amd is not crowded. I'll definitely will be visiting again. And is 100% recommended for families.

No ac in the living room /kitchen area. Very uncomfortable and non entertaining. And no towels nor clean bed sheets. Just overall was expecting a hotel feel to it. Would of been nice to know in advance.

I will be completely honest with this review. The room we stayed in was room 4201, room was very nice a clean and the Wi-Fi worked. The facility was nice, with the access to a private beach. The reason why I give this place a 2 star is for starters the location. It is about 30 minutes away from the San Juan area which are where you will probably find your better restaurants and tourist attractions and stuff like that. 2 you can’t have any visitors stay with you, like absolutely no one. 3 what really made us upset is the surprise fees. Honestly I’m Puerto Rican from the states, but Puerto Rico has some of the worst customer service, and they usually have all these Suprise fees. But this place takes a security deposit which is fine most hotels do. But the last day in check out they did not give back the $200 security deposit because the lady said we used to much mix electric? We didn’t even spend the whole day at the hotel we’ed leave during the day and come back at night and put the AC on. That’s ridiculous who says that. So if you are planning on going I would not stay in room 4201.

A resort in the middle of the city. Great ambience. It is well maintained. I only wish it had a deeper pool since the deepest one was 4 feet.

This is an amazing place to vacation and relax! It has many pools around the facility and easy access to the beach. My husband and I loved staying in this beautiful vacation complex!

It was clean and safe. The pools were always tended to. I would have gave it 5 stars however the fitness center that was advertised does not exist. In addition the living room area consisted of patio furniture which was really uncomfortable when trying to relax.

The condo we stayed in was very nice. All condos are privately owned. The complex is gated with 24hr security. Before I continue I'll lead with the fact that our stay came post Maria. The place was deserted. None of the water features worked with the pools. That means no water slide, no built in water guns. No pool showers. The hot tub was not hot. Venturing to the beach we found a ridiculous amount of broken glass weathered from the ocean. In my opinion, the complex was built in with hopes of the area becoming a hot tourist location. Unfortunately, it did not happen. Quite frankly, my family and I were nervous to leave the gates. As we would leave to find a meal for the evening we struggled to locate the resturants. All we saw were run down shacks all around. We soon realized that these shacks were actually the resturants. On the streets locals would scream at us. Aquatika is not in a tourist location. If traveling to PR, my suggestion is to not stray from San juan. Aquatika is not in san juan. The pictures are views of the surrounding neighborhood.

Have fun in the sun while knowing that this company is at fault for taking homes away from the poor. Gentrifying & abusing the former home owners into selling. Awful place.

I'm an avid traveler and this is the worse place I've ever stayed at, I do not recommend this place to anyone! My sister from San Juan was not allowed to visit me and we were constantly being harassed by a security guard. The apartment was dirty upon arrival and on top of that I saw 2 roaches so an exterminator had to come, my worse nightmare. I suggest you stay in San Juan if you don't want to hear gunshots every night I was terrified!

Excellent quiet place, we went from Friday to Monday and had a super! Well spacious and cosy for us as a family, we stayed in a penthouse and other is to tell you how comfortable we were, has a washing machine, dryer and everything we needed. All in excellent condition. The pools, the maintenance and the security excellent. Maximum of 8 people. I stayed at the 903, I highly recommend it! :) feel free to contact with Alonso 787360 4456. Love this place super private and the pools are the best. A super place to had your vacation take in consideration you need a car to get around. Ohh and they are super clean, clean the pools every day and the apparments are big.

Great comolex for families. 6 pools, lazy river, mini golf, tennis, basketball, and a private beach all on the property. The condos are nice and include everything you would need to enjoy the amenities. The water slide amd water cannons arent always open though. Wifi depends on the condo owner.

You can have a good family time of beach or swimming pools.

For me, my kids and parents are awesome… very nice place, quiet, clean, fun and the apartment owners are very kind and accesible… the apartment is very nice… we have everything we need…

We also stayed there the week of 8/05/15 during the drought. We booked through Airbnb. The owner of the condo also wanted us to deal with it because it wasn't his fault. Yes, it was. The resort told the owners about thispossible situation in May & didn't tell us. Well Airbnb gave us our money back for the remaining days after we left on day 3 in the morning. We booked again thru Airbnb to the other resort. The resort itself was beautiful & a nice private beach. Unfortunately the condo are individually owned & your at the hands of them. Our condo was nice. AC worked.

We booked this resort based on the reviews and therefore feel obligated to write a review to inform everyone looking to book this resort of the TERRIBLE experience we had. Upon arrival, we first encountered a struggle to get checked in, as they did not include all the people that were staying with us. They simply forgot to add 2 people. Once we finally arrived to the apartment, we noticed it was very dirty. We had to clean it up ourselves. Next we noticed the ac was not cooling and we called Leslie to inform her, and she basically told us it was broken and we should just open the windows and let the breeze cool us off. Seriously? We had a 7 month baby with us and she expected us to be cooled off by a nonexistent breeze? It never cooled off and it was 8-9 pm in the evening. I cannot imagine how it would have felt during the mid part of the day when the sun was actually out. At the same time, we went to turn on the water and realized we couldn't get any water. So we informed Leslie and Eddie and asked her about the water, and she told us that they were in a drought and therefore, we would only have water for 1 hour at 5am, 8am, 5pm and 8pm. This is not something she can help, but its a very legitimate reason to give someone their money back as they do not have living conditions for their guest during this drought. They can’t expect for families to vacation there with water that runs for 1 hour only 4 times a day. Now imagine a family of 8 with that kind of water restriction.
