Everything, it is beautiful hacienda, friendliness Nature, relaxed atmosphere.

Ideal place to disconnect and enjoy nature, good attention, clean and pleasant, beautiful views, we would visit it again. And we recommend it!

A paradise in the heart of the Puerto Rican mountains. Excellent treatment by all its staff, especially Mrs. Yanira Montalvo. They cook exquisite, the place is beautiful, invites you not to leave it

The group of 30 people who accompanied me to visit them this past April 9 do not stop talking about the wonders of this place.

We hope to return soon to spend a few days off.

Very good experience, quiet place to clear stress, rooms and clean common areas. The menu of the restaurant is limited however, the chef was in charge of offering us different alternatives so that we were satisfied. I would definitely be back.

It is a beautiful place where you can breathe peace, very attentive employees, very good food and very, very economical, you do not have to go out at all. The cleaners are excellent human beings, very friendly. A different experience. Finally, Mr. Doel of the restaurant is an exceptional human being, he looks for the return so that you feel at ease, asks for Doel and the man solves you. I recommend it and come back.

Super beautiful place. The rooms are spectacular the view is amazing. If you want a place full of peace and quiet definitely this is one.

Since we arrived we feel the warmth of its employees. Our room was clean and with a fresh smell. The Coffee Shop prepared tasty breakfasts and a beautiful presentation. The beautiful atmosphere surrounded us everywhere and we had good internet access, my baby took her virtual classes and I was able to meet with my students without any signal problem. My family and I are grateful and we didn't want to leave today. I congratulate you on everything that has been expressed above!

My husband and I spent Farewell of the Year in this beautiful place away from the hustle and bustle of pyrotechnics and it was the best choice! The place is beautiful, very clean and tidy, in contact with Nature. The rooms are clean and cozy.
The Divine temperature at 66 degrees a familiar and romantic place. Its very attentive staff especially Yanira who attended us excellently
The only thing I think should improve is the restaurant, the prices are too excessive $$ and they can improve it for the amount they serve

In the village that is very close is the café of Erick very good and the pizzeria of Lymarie where they also make delicious Creole food and at very good prices
Maricao is an isolated but charming village
We will return to Hacienda Juanita I recommend it for anyone who loves nature and wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city HAPPY YEAR 2021

I loved the experience of going to Maricao, as the coffee was delicious and the view was stunning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing was that the bed was very hard and the pillows very finite. The break was not very good and the restaurant is not open.

Moved us to other rooms without explanation and charged much a higher price. On their website these rooms are the same price. No receipt provided at checkout. When asked about all this via email, they did not respond. When I called they didn't have an explanation nor could they answer questions about the room changes and rates. We will be back in the area, but will definitely not be staying here again.

Very beautiful the Hacienda, and very birm careful the employees are super attentive and helpful… The only thing is very withdrawal of all trade.

Excellent place to stay if you are looking for peace and quiet, excellent customer service surrounded by a wonderful community. Yanira Montalvo greeted us with a beautiful smile and tons of information about the Hacienda's history and how Hurricane Maria affected the area as a whole. If she is not already the Hacienda's Manager, she should be. She made our trip one to remember and one we will repeat. Gracias Yanira.

A dream place, super cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room has everything you need, clean and spacious, the décor is excellent. The grounds are very quiet, at night the patio and view are breathtaking, it is perfect for a romantic getaway. In the area you can explore, have coffee crops according to vismo and sell it equally. The breakfasts and coffee are very tasty… I'd come back for sure.

Beautiful spot with gorgeous views! The staff made us feel very welcome here during our stay in Maricao… going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Make sure to check out the cafe… it has delicious coffee and smoothies. An excellent place to relax in the mountains!

Hacienda Juanita used to be a hotel and a coffee plantation that cent coffee to the Vatican since the 1800s. This is a historic place which underwent a beautiful renovation and that has been kept in pristine condition. The coffee is amazing and the service impeccable. The place is rustic but that does not diminish its elegance and beauty.

During our visit the hacienda was still in the repair process after hurricane Maria. There were what appeared to be contractors and managers walking about the property and hopefully they are working wonderful improvements. They were still open for touring the property and picture taking, which we did. We were hoping the would be a coffee shop or cafe, being as the hotel is on a coffee farm, but maybe it was all in recovery. If we are ever on the island in the future we would stop by again to see the renovations.

24 years ago I stayed there and it was fabulous. Last Friday we arrived from a parachute for the photo on the jijiji flag. I have to say q Mary made hers, but they are still working hard to rebuild everything. The place is still beautiful, has changed a lot but for good. They have new management. Rich coffee (ok what we pay for). Edgardo took care of us and explained how it's going. Super friendly and helpful even though the area was full of staff who are working on remodeling and refugees staying there. Both he and all the employees were very attentive. The place is great for stress-free and bustling. There's not much to do because it's designed to clear everything and rest. If you're looking for that, it's the perfect place. It is still under construction, but will soon begin its regular schedule for stays and tours. There's a sponsorship of us. Let's be one town. A lot of success and God bless you.

Absolutely highly recommend. Such a personal touch. Relaxing, Refreshing, Rejuvenating! The views were absolutely great. The room felt like home, very rustic and very original. The rooms were clean and well kept. Even the taste of the food was so fresh. The surrounding environment made you leave the cares of the world behind. Unpretentious PR. Lil bit of heaven The caretaker and his wife went above and beyond and we felt like family! The drive through those mountains to get there. (attempt in the day, not at night). But it was worth it! Love love loved it.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here. The room was set up like a dream. Rose petals, a pair of entwined swans made of folded towels were on the beautiful bed with a trail of rose petals from the door to the bed and a bouquet of roses on the table. We loved the warm hearted people at the hotel, the restaurant and the coffee shop. The three enterprises are independently owned. We could not get enough of the view. We took a private tour to a remote waterfall provided by the hotel where we swam in the pool under the waterfalls. Everyone was wonderful and were very tolerant of my broken Spanish. We will return to Hacienda Juanita as soon as we can. We also want to retire to the area. The rainforest has simply enchanted us as have the warm hearted people of the island. I Went to the hacienda before closed and now after the reopening and like it much more now. The Personal was excellent at all levels, hacienda Juanita is the perfect place to relax! If you are looking for a peacefully relaxing far of everything place this is it. I really recommend it for two or three days. There's no many recreation around but still you have the pool with very flex hours same as the coffe shop and the restaurant. There's also a natural pool into the same hotel perimeter that is cool too.
