I was in the facilities from Saturday 23 to today 25 July 2022 and the place is excellent, the attentions of the staff, the brutal breakfasts, guidance and tips to enjoy during the day and night, I recommend it 100% 🥰💕💜🌺

Best Place to spend a family vacation. Beautiful place that gives you a feeling of being in Paradise with great hospitality. Just ask for Tommy an award 🥇 winning Sangria 🍷maker. Our huge family will return.

We stayed 4 days and the experience was unique 🙏 since we arrived the service at the reception was impeccable so much that one of the employees offered to help me upload things since I was walking with a corral and everything that entails holidays with a baby 🙏 the treatment in Xyber Café was more than excellent, from Claudette to Tommie really very outstanding and good employees in their work. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, very clean facilities, comply with Covid-19 protocol. They offer excellent access to the beach and pool. Kayaks and bicycles can be rented. Close to all tourist areas El Faro, Salinas, the town and the spa. Soon we will 😍 be back.

I would recommend Combate Beach resort to any and everyone. Its a beautiful, clean and safe property. There are many family friendly activities. The private beach in so peaceful and nice. The staff members are friendly and helpful. It was an amazing experience and I cant wait to do it again! The breakfast is amazing also!

Great place, and best of all was the excellent service we were given. From check-in to check-out.
All the girls were excellent and very helpful. Our contact since we arrived was Amanda, excellent hostess.
As for the facilities, not to mention, the beach "walking distance" the restaurant for breakfast, super, as well as the service. 100% recommended.
We loved it so much that we met again for the Easter weekend.

We had a situation with an Airbnb accommodation and we didn't have where to spend the night. Upon arriving at the resort from the security employee to the d maintenance we were treated excellent, the service and attention Wow we felt so well treated that we decided to extend our stay. Thank you for your excellent service EVERYTHING was spectacular!

We had an amazing time staying with at the Combate Beach Resort. They really know how to party! New Years Eve dinner and party was a blast! Our room was beautiful! The beach is beautiful with the most amazing sunsets. We booked for two nights and stayed a third. Close to the light house, natural bridge, and a short drive to the bioluminescent bay. Highly recommend stay.

I book every time I have a chance because it is excellent in every way: impeccable cleanliness, friendly service, first-class service, peace of mind, security, comfortable and spacious recreation areas, economical for everything that includes and a strategic location with a paradisiac landscape right next to Combate beach. When I come here for work reasons, Wi-Fi has never given me any problems. The breakfast a la carte, in addition to the complementary, is fresh and like a bakery, very Creole and delicious. Definitely one of my favorite places. I'm very surprised to read negative comments.

We spent last weekend at the parador. The service was excellent. All the staff very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good and there are other dishes to make options for those who need something else. The sangria is exquisite. The room was very clean and comfortable. Many places in the area to visit. We had a great time. We look forward to returning.

Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, majority of the staff is decent, but be careful who you deal with because some you can tell don't wanna be there working. For what it is, it's way over priced. I reserved this 4 months in advance. To our surprise one room was on the first floor and another on the second floor. Throughout your whole stay you have to wear this uncomfortable wrist band. The purpose of the band is pretty cool because it identifies who is allowed in the premises. Kinda unhygienic to keep that thing on for 3 days. Need a towel to go to the pool? You have to give up your ID until you return the towels. Need a basketball, you have to give up your ID. Food and drinks are a bit over priced at the complex not too much in comparison to the rest of the village. Everywhere you go you are going to over pay. It's very convenient to be steps from the beach, but not worth it. Stay at your own risk.

This the best Parador (hotel) in this area, I keep coming each year for 5 years in a row, the beach is in front of the property and it's the best is like a pool, it has breakfast and a little shop for the last minute supply. I stay in a middle of a little storm and the electricity never go out so you can sleep with A/C all nite… Definitely is the best choice in Cabo Rojo.

This is a gem of a resort. Don't hesitate to check them out. The rooms are very clean and staff are a treasure of information. Location is excellent with great restaurants within walking distance.

It's comfortable but it should have a tableware even if it was plastic for microwaves. But the manager is very helpful and reasonable.

Very good place. My only recommendation is that they must have connections, plugs, more accessible in the rooms to be able to connect equipment like cell phones and tablets.

Place is ok, but the front desk really sucks. They forgot to give me my IR back and half way throw a 3 hour drive had to turn back. I almost did not make it to my flight. Worst part is I did not get an appology, but insted the front desk blamed me for not asking for my ID back. Needles to say I'm not going back.

This place I will never ever recommend to anyone. I went with a trained service animal and was asked to provide paperwork and some card and tag of it being a service animal and a card with a registration number saying that dog was required in hotel … wth? I've never heard of that … I provided a letter from the doctor that said the animal is to be with my aunt at all times and the dog serves as a esa but is trained to deal with my aunt's condition. I explained to the gentleman I've never had to show proof that the dog was trained. We had just arrived from the mainland due to the hurricane and never had a problem in any of the hotels in Florida. A lot of personal items were lost because of the hurricane … her birth certificate, social security card and dogs training information. I contacted a lawyer about this and they informed me that information wasn't even suppose to be requested. My aunt was devastated of the rejection and lack of attention she received from this hotel employees. I thought PR followed federal ada laws. Guess not. It actually ended up being a blessing in disguise because after we checked the place out it's far from everything, it looked deserted and looked nothing like in the photos. We called someplace else and explained what happened and the gladly accommodated us.

Es la segunda ocasion que voy con mi familia. La primera ocasion fue perfecto. En esta ocasion un desastre, fuimos varios grupos y a algunos nos cobraron mucho mas por la misma cantidad de personas en habitacion. Reservamos una habitacion familiar y nos dieron una simple. Nuestros niños tuvieron q dormir en la habitacion de sus abuelos para podernos quedar pq la opcion que nos dieron fue irnos ya q el hotel estaba lleno. La recepcionista nos trato como bagabundos y uno de los gerentes se percato del error cuando nos hibamos y nunca se disculpo. Es una pena ya que pensabamos excelente del lugar. Luego de mi esposa escribir una carta le devolvieron el dinero q facturaron demas, pero aun asi jamas se disculparon.

Friendly staff, the ooms simple but very clean and painted in soothing colors. We liked the convenience of having access to the beach without having the need to move the car. Breakfast should have ham, egg and fruits so you can call it Continental. They must give several keys, not a single one since we are not all together to enter at the same time. The staff who greeted us very friendly and sympathetic but should speak more leisurely. We didn't understand what he was saying. Clean swimming pool, clean surroundings and safety at all Times. We loved it! I recommend it!

Not at all, I didn't like it! I am currently staying at the place, we paid for a room that has a door that connects to the side and I can literally hear the conversation and the TV from the neighbor! It is an uncomfortable situation since the privacy in those conditions is totally null! Definitely not worth what it cost! But to show a button… debut and Farewell! I definitely don't recommend it. Already pay I have to stay the weekend.

My weekend at the Parador, from Q Call make the reservation the super deal and I looked for options, everything in the room super cleaned, that I love at breakfast all very kind in particular Tomy (so I think Q is called) very attentive and the kids looking for a lot back, Very clean areas comfortable my only recommendation to put a swing to the children although if they have a very nice mededora to spend a weekend peaceful and in peace I recommend, thank you all for the service was a pleasure…

We drove here from San Juan to get away from Hurricane Irma! While the island had no electricity, we did here! We sat at the bar and had some of the best sangria! Very accommodating! Continental breakfast in the am. Felt right at home! When we come back to P. R we will arrange to bring the family here! Love it!

This hotel is not anything what it says it is it is not clean its a motel. The pictures are very very deceiving we cancel our reservation thank God the guy at the front desk was nice enough to allow us to do that. Spend the extra cash and get a nicer hotel in a much nicer location.

We travel frequently and do not recommend this Parador/Hotel. This three star rating should be 1. Its my first negative review. First there were no rooms in the main complex sending us four houses near a principal road in which we would have a key to a remote parking lot across this road making it unsafe and no security was within the area. We went back to the lobby and Bibiana (Lobby attendant) who had told us that there were no rooms in the main complex suddenly told us that there were rooms but we would need to pay for an upgrade of $40 more. As a Gold member of Expedia; communication was done requesting full refund even though cancellation charges were tried to be applied by Parador/Hotel. Expedia resolved in our favor.
