Good hotel to rest and visit the city in a few days.

They are very friendly, but the truth is that the site is cumbersome crappy; An infamous, ill-placed, insecure grotto.
We were very sorry to have taken it, because it is also very expensive for how horrific it is. One room already wanted to change it because it smelt fatal and the door had been busted (the frame was unlocked and not closed, but still in good condition open with a nudge). The front desk went up and the lock was suddenly fixed. What was not fixed was the air conditioner, which they assured would end up heating up and did not do it all night.
The rooms have moisture on the walls, one of the two smelled weird and bad, and the other a little better. The reception, the worst I've ever seen; Nothing cozy and ugly. If you send a photo to the Pentagon, they send a drone to bomb it.
They say they're near the center. When we arrived and told the receptionist that we already knew that the center was fifteen minutes away a nervous laughter slipped. I don't recommend walking back from the center at night, at least unarmed. It's a good hike and the neighborhood doesn't seem safe at all.
The parking is a section of the parking lot of the driveway that they book for the hotel with chains. It's exactly like parking anywhere else on the street. By removing the chain your car is as accessible as everyone else in the neighborhood.
You have to pay in advance, so you don't have time to repent.

Very, very unpleasant treatment. The room was not well cleaned because after the TV there was a packet of milk powder (see photo). Just like that. The beds were without duvet, what's left to say is unhygienic. As they have said in another comment, instead of double bed they put 2 singles under one sheet, and all the rooms are like that, which is a scam with what they advertise. Breakfast ends at 10:00.00, which forces you to get up early on vacation. And the Wi-Fi was not going well.

Very welcoming, quiet, warm… We liked the family side.

The attention is good on the part of the employees but they had the bad detail of sneaking two single beds joined by the sheets as a double, which is already a hoax.
On the other hand the neighborhood in which it is is very arrabalero (you have to throw threw to go out at night) and Little centric (a good hike) the supposed parking is the street itself, which is very easy to park.
Don't even think about eating, dining or having breakfast at the hotel. Expensive and bad. For lunch and dinner, Raquel restaurant, about 100m right on the sidewalk and breakfast a café about 20m on the left (Pastelaria Ivhana) on the same sidewalk before the street ends. So in the hotel eats 1, in these places eat 2 and much better and better attended.

Simple, very basic rooms, but the staff was super friendly, gave us good suggestions on what to see in the city and did their best to make sure we had a great stay. The breakfast was great — very filling, lots of options, and the wait staff were friendly and kind.
