We accepted this accommodation was fairly basic however after being charged a 30€ cleaning fee we at least expected it to be clean. It was filthy. The leather sofas were covered in mold so not only filthy but a health hazard to boot — one sofa had a huge hole ripped in it and was covered with a towel. The sofas had bits of food, sweet wrappers, nuts, crisps, crumbs behind the cushions. The sheets and blankets had not been aired and were damp to the point of feeling wet. The oven trays were rusty and unusable. There was no kettle, the gas hob had no means of being lit so could not boil any water — not a match in sight. There was thick dust on the shutter pulls, the TV screens had thick dust, furniture was covered in dust — — — — — totally disappointing to the point where we crammed our work into one day and left after one night because we could not stand the thought of sleeping in the beds another night. Have taken photos if there is any doubt. I doubt if this house has been cleaned properly in months. We contacted the owner and sent photos and he totally refused to accept the house was dirty even when presented with photographic evidence. If you want to enjoy your time away I suggest you avoid this place like the plague because if not you are likely to get the plague. Disgusting.
