Buen hotel de tres estrellas que perfectamente podría tener cuatro. Detalles como el servicio de tes en la habitación no los encuentras en otros hoteles de más categoría. Buffet de desayuno completo, variado y abundante. Personal amabilisimo y muy servicial. Está muy bien situado, un poco alejado del centro más turístico pero a 10 minutos de la parada de metro de Casa da Música, donde cualquier línea te deja en el centro de la ciudad.

Room plus, comfortable and very clean. The air-conditioned rooms have a bar to be paid at the hotel reception. B also have a jug of hot water for making coffees. A hairdryer is provided. The breakfast is varied, rich and plentiful. Orange juice is natural and there is a choice between different types of coffee. Nice staff.

Had no complaints. This hotel is a great value for what it is. Very large and inviting lobby, clean rooms, and great breakfast! Uber’s are extremely cheap in Porto so getting around is not an issue. About a 25 minute walk to the river.

We loved this hotel and the people that work there! Our room was updated, comfortable and spacious. The staff members were kind, helpful and gracious. We felt welcomed there and they helped us navigate our way around as well as helping us book a tour of the Duoro.

Nice rooms. Very clean. Excellent breakfast including fresh fruit, freshly baked pastry and bacon.

Very Nice hotel.
Located near the center. On Foot you can walk for 15-20 min. Near (7 minutes walk) Metro station where all metro lines pass. 4 stops with 1 transfer to Catedralya.
The Hotel is modern with good renovation. There is a fast free internet. There is a hairdryer In the bathroom.
Minus the room-no table and chairs. A Small shelf between the beds, uncomfortable as there is nowhere to put things.
The Breakfasts are great and tasty. The Hotel offers dinner for 15 euros per person (buffet).
Recommended, I loved the hotel. Lived 19-22.05 (3 nights).

Very good establishment, at all levels. Spacious rooms clean, with TV fridge, free safe. For what is restaurant well also, whether it is breakfast and meal presented in buffet, with choice. Personal side Some speak French, other means and some not at all, but we always get an answer to our questions. Wi-Fi team.

Rooms are okay but no airconditioning, so its extremely hot in the rooms. The Wifi connectiin is not very stable. Great breakfast.

Hotel well located a 20 minute walk from the center. Everything needed around the hotel to eat/shopper. On the other hand hygiene average at the household level and impossible to open the windows to aerate the rooms. Nice staff in the whole and breakfast served until 10.30 am.

Had a great stay here! Me and my family stayed here, we were 8, in 4 suites! The Hotel is new, recently decorated and renovated! The suites are great! The showers are very good, the flow of water is amazing! The bathroom amenities are great as well! I ordered an luggage chair and he next morning was there! The staff was very polite and helpful! Recommend this place! There is a mall in the same block as the hotel, about 20 meters away! Right down the street there is a great restaurant called Capa Negra with great food and wine! The breakfast was great, although they could have more fruits, the bananas were green!

There are two parts, the north wing and the Sul wing, being a more expensive and a cheaper one, respectively. In the case of the north wing, the hotel itself is a very interesting hotel as it is situated near Casa da Musica, next to the Bom Sucesso market and well connected by public transport. An excellent location for an urban getaway to Porto.
The quality of the rooms is very good, especially those of the higher floors; In our case it was the eighth floor, and with the possibility of king-size bed, a king-size of the real. Maybe the bathroom requires a renovation, but it's still fine.
The rooms are just like the pictures of the company, which is to be thankful not to be deceived.
Breakfast is very very good with a wide variety of products, especially from Portuguese pastry, which varies every day. The person who runs the breakfast, a Ukrainian woman, is excellent and very nice.
There is the possibility to request a pizza to the Telepizza and to serve it in the room, since they are convenid and with a price slightly lower than indicated in the publicity of the room.
Check-in and check-out was very fast, although with the detail that they charged the first night before arriving, as until the 48h. Of your arrival you can cancel for free.

Very nice hotel. Metro not too far. A little out of the town, the city centre is accessible on foot. Very nice rooms, and great breakfast with a wide choice of products. Attention, the parking is small with limited number of places, remember to reserve your place.

June 2017 hotel very well clean staff very nice breakfast plentiful and diversify restaurant formula at will simple but fresh and good many restaurants nearby quite far from the center but Metro nearby I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent buffet breakfast and dinners, courtesy and amenities from Grand Hotel, inserted in modern and elegant district not far from the old town. Consigliabilissimo.

Good location, helpful staff good breakfast and Wi-Fi Only negative is lack of a ramp in front of the hotel for buggy access.

Quite large, very clean and comfortable room. Shower/bath facilities were good. Fast lifts. Breakfast was quite extensive and included "Pasteis de nata" (the lovely traditional custard tarts) as well as the usual range of breads, cold meet, cheese, youghurts, fruit etc. Staff were friendly and it has a small bar. It's about 35 mins walk into the older part of Porto (a bit hilly walk). The river and tram museum is a 15 min walk down the hill. Local amenities include a shopping centre (with supermarket) and the Mercado de Bom Successo food court with traditional specialities etc.

The hotel has a few years under their belt. It is noticed in the facility. However, the rooms are huge. It has plenty of room. We got unfortunately no normal double room, but one with a child system. It was then slightly annoying after a week. I would describe it as very solid.
Breakfast we have only once in the hotel. It was very crowded and very loud. The selection was however good and great, you like to have it. Us we have searched for a great breakfast Cafe in the city, which is indeed much cheaper! €3

We were very satisfied with this hotel. For two, we had a three, spacious, very clean, nice bathroom. Regarding the bedding was very comfortable, we were sorry to leave.
I would also like to clarify that the front desk staff was very friendly, and competent.

The Internet connection is abysmal. Overall nice place.
