Very unique hotel on seaside. Unique room furniture and great view. Fast and good restaurant service. Not cheap for Portugal.

Great friendly and welcoming hotel with excellent service and beautiful rooms and public areas in a lovely area of Lisbon! Stunning views and within a short drive to downtown Lisbon! The food is amazing, both dinner and breakfast offerings are outstanding. I would recommend this to all and will be returning soon with my loved ones!

Very nice hotel I have spent a birthday wonderful unforgettable. The location of the hotel is beautiful. The staff of a kindness of a large lay-off very warm atmosphere friendly. We really recommend and I would go back too very soon… I'm on my cloud.

Hi, im staying in your hotel and find some service issues. For example, 2 days ago there was fire alarm, that broke my night for 2 hours. That was terrible. My next day was not productive. You didnt even say sorry for that, no appreciation, nothing. Today faced big missmanagement with waiters. 3 times they missed the order, forgetting the dishers, bringing wrong ones. Disappointed.

Great staff, excellent variety at the breakfast buffet & amazing rooms. In terms of location it was a little out of the way, around 15 minutes by car to the city, however suited us fine as we were right by the concert we were in town for, Eurovision.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large and comfortable, the bedding was perfect, nice stay in Lisbon! Full breakfast and the products are fresh.

Lovely hotel though possibly a little overpriced given its location far from the city centre. The breakfast buffet is however exceptional.

The price-quality relationship bad, they make you wait for breakfast as at any other hotel.

Very impressive hotel by the side of the river, the services they provide are with very high quality, the view from the rooms is just stunning and very clean. The people they work always smiling and willing to assist you all the time.

The bed sheets and towels need to be replaced.
It is the second time I got here and there is no one outside to take the baggage and park the car.
Last Saturday morning I took more than 15 minutes waiting for check-out since there was only two persons at the counter, one was also picking up the phone.
I love this hotel, but the service quality is decreasing in the last two years.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are a good size with a very comfortable bed and good views (was on 20th floor). Breakfast is a buffet with a great selection. Room service offers a good menu. I recommend the octopus risotto! I didn't try the restaurant, but I would expect very good food if room service was anything to go by. Next time I am in Lisbon, this may be my preferred hotel.

Great hotel. Wonderful views from any floor. Courteous staff. Have stayed here three times for 5 days each visit. Terrific breakfast, say yes to the orange juice, candidly, if you order eggs a breakfast that can sometimes take a bit longer than you would expect.

Great hotel, what more to say? Nice room, clean, design, sea view. Breakfast at the top. And we even got 2 free cocktails (worth about twenty euros each) as our room was ready with 15mns of delay.

Expensive, but luxurious all around, with spectacular views from the higher floors. Quite a contrast with some of its surrounding buildings.

Great hotel, great location.

A good 20-30 mins walk from Oriente Metro station, a short car ride from the airport. Located in the modern part of Lisbon and suitable for hosting business conferences. The rooms are sophisticated and the view is worth getting up in the morning for.

I spent my 39 years at the end of November. C was just magical execellente bedding, spacious bathroom with hot tub and large shower, the top. The rate of the suite is expensive but is justify to do at least once in his life. The most beautiful view I have seen. The breakfast is excellent. If you want to make yourself happy come here.

The bad thing is q the rooms are closed but a site excepciinal.

Only downside: a bit far from the Center but by taxi it's €10.
At €200 at night it's worth it.

Great hotel. But the spa works up to 22. On the veranda in the summer live music-should look. All rooms have a cool view.

Hotel very design, clean, very contemporary furniture sometimes not practical enough, quite impersonal, specialized especially in the reception of conferences, good restaurant, dishes very tasty and well balanced, homemade. The bémols: on arrival (mid-November) it was really cold in the room because clime cool, the 1st morning warm water in the shower despite having let it sink, but especially at the restaurant we served a turbot instead of a pigeon, my friend consumed it without make a fuss because it was good, but despite the fact that we reported it to all the staff, who apologized, we were not even offered a drink or a dessert and we still charged a pigeon… And finally at the start of the hotel, we were taken a taxi that was not prepaid, so we had to pay the taxi while we had already paid the transfer to the airport directly to the hotel (the hotel promised us the refund). So a lot of lack of synchronization, a little disappointed, shame. At the massage room I would have preferred to have 2 or 3 degrees more.

Stunning hotel with beautiful view over the longest bridge in Europe: Vasco da Gama Bridge. Nice decorated rooms and very professional staff. Tip, in the morning, even if a bit cold, take the breakfast out on the terrace (they will bring you blankets) I think the view was one of the most beautiful I ever saw.

Friendly staff in professionally managed hotel. Dining on the terrace with a lovely sea breeze in the sun was an ideal Sunday buffet lunch serenaded by an excellent sax player. A wonderful way to relax away the afternoon. Rooms are first class as is the spa and pool. Expensive but worth it.

I really want to go into so much detail about this hotel but the list is absolutely endless. I will leave a short review. I will start by saying the hotel is absolutely outstanding. The room was gorgeous. I loved the fact the bath was in the middle of the room. I've never stayed in a hotel with such a unusual concept but it really works well. I want to say that the breakfast was one of the best, if not the best hotel breakfast I've had in my life. I want to extend my thanks to the staff for being so welcoming and attentive to our needs during our stay. Even though the location is not very close to The centre I think this is a perfect location for tourists wanting a relaxing break, but it's also very close to the city as it only costs €10 in a taxi to the centre of town. The spa and facilities are stunning and the view from the pool is spectacular. The amenities in the room are also beautiful. I would like to extend my special thanks to Deborah. Every morning we went for breakfast and she would instantly know our coffee order and would bring it within minutes. She made our stay outstanding and would always be interested in how our stay was going, as a staff member I really think she deserves a lot more recognition that you have. Thank you so much for being so lovely every morning. It was a pleasure for you to greet us every morning. I would also like to thank Bernado for helping with our car rental. Rooms spectacular and magnificent views. Food something monotonous.

I like everything about this hotel. The architecture, the interior design, the staff and the food. We often use their spa for very professional massages with the most amazing views of the Tejo and the Expo. Rich and Famous people are often spotted at the restaurants and the outside lounge. The "snacks" at the bar/lounge are delicious and of high quality. If you are craving a delicious burger, they have two great options.

Great place to stay whilst working. Has everything I needed and wanted. It's quiet, cool with a clean, modern design and great service, food and facilities. The Spa on the top floor is wonderful for winding down after a hard day and the gym is decent too. I'd definitely return.

This is absolutely best hotel in Lisbon.

Went there for a VMWare Forum in 2015, the service was excellent. We stayed there the whole day and the help was very friendly and attentive. We also had lunch there and the food was very good. The views from the restaurant are great — it look out over the river Tejo. I bet they are even better from up top in the penthouse.
