Currently the experience is being good. Although these days the air conditioner is not working and it is something to keep in mind if you are going to stay right now. The highest score is the hotel staff q is very efficient and above all very friendly.

Hotel location OTTIMA for those who want to visit the city and not too high prices. For those who are gluten and lactosian intolerant like me, unfortunately, at breakfast I did not find anything dedicated. Too bad! Luckily I always ride with a stash of food in your suitcase to avoid unpleasant situations.

Great location. Great staff. One girl at the front desk could be friendlier. Good atmosphere. Nice and clean.

For the value of the room, it was ok, nothing to complaint about, the staff, the rooms, all good. Definitely a place worth booking for a night or two.

Rooms were clean and tidy! However, the doors are very thin … At least it was like that in our rooms! That's why you heard everything that was going on on the corridors all night! And that was unfortunately quite a lot … What, in turn, the hotel can do little for! But better doors would have helped! Breakfast is clear but fine! The location is super central!

Exterior is not inviting and street is pretty run down but interior totally modern. Staff very friendly. Room a bit on the small side but not an ossue. We had a small balcony with view over city. Cool! Yards away from funicular to Bairro Alto and the main Avenido da Liberdade. Location brilliant.

The hotel is centrally located. Metro and bus approx. 300m away.
Rooms are spartan and clean.
Downside is the breakfast, just too little choice. And the 2nd elevator was broken throughout.

Good location, room clean but dark…, helpful staff especially at the reception however a big zero pointed out about the Internet connection that does not work in the rooms. It is really sad that in 2018, the Wi-Fi does not work!

It was a very quiet and friendly hotel close to the main tram. 20 meters.

Quiet and in the heart of Lisbon.

Great value hotel in a very central location. The staff were great, rooms clean and for £90 for two nights, it's very cheap. The only downside was the limited breakfast, however, there are plenty of options locally.

A mediocre hotel. The room that we touched was small with a very limited bathroom and only the basics. For the price paid we found it very loose. The service was just as mediocre.

Stayed in the turim restauradore Hotel last year. Very close to town centre. Breakfast was excellent staff very friendly would love to stay again.

Very central and very comfortable at all means. We were in a room overlooking the inner courtyard, noisy x I air conditioners, but since it was winter, tolerable. The staff were outstanding and very friendly and very helpful!. Some negativity about the structure of the room: floor to be repaired and window.

Hidden directly behind the elevator near Hard Rock Café, this hotel is in a really condition and a perfect start directly into the city. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast comes with a good and tasty choice.

Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast, cordial attention of its staff, well air-conditioned in winter, good cleanliness, close to everything qye there to see, safe area, steps from the metro and the train station ROSIIO in case you want to go to Sintra, Cascais etc.

Very good location, close to the city centre. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. It has its own bar and pizzeria. Internet does not reach the rooms, that I was told at the front desk. Highly recommended.

Very good hotel, clean room, perfect service, staff available, breakfast good too. But the most of this hotel is its proximity to the city centre and a subway station and even a funicular. In Lisbon, woe to the one who has a hotel in the heights that is not served by transportation.

Very good location, clean and very clean. Very attentive staff and they help you and give information and map of the city if you need it… I liked it very much. The only thing that charged us 2 € for tourist rates without prior notice. When you already included in the price €1 for this in the reserve… anyway… but very good price.

One of the chain's many hotels. Located in an alley parallel to restauradores, restauradores, from any room, the view of the narrow streets and walls of tall houses. I still preferred to have breakfast in nearby coffee shops. Hotel in 5 minutes. From the Restauradores metro (to the airport with one transfer) and the Rossio train station. Just around Gloria's lift. All in all for a tour of Lisbon the place is great.

They should change the girl at the front desk. She is not helpful and has a bitter face. One of the bell boys was extremely nice. Completely different than the girl. I suggest she find a job where she doesnt have to deal with people.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Lisbon. Right next to a team elevator which takes you up to Barre Alto. Walking distance to all the upmarket shops and a little longer walk to the clubs, restaurants and shops by the sea. Very vibrant area over the weekend. The rooms are neat and clean and the bathrooms too. Hotel also near the metro and train station.

Very central. Cheap price if you book with time. Clean and modern facilities. The only bad thing, to say the least, is in the middle of a street with a slope.

Great location, very comfortable rooms but the Wi-Fi does not work very well (at least in room 201) and the breakfast Buffet leaves a lot to be desired…

Cheap clean and best location.

Only the location is Recommended. View AUSM Window Room 219 speaks for itself. Coffee and juices at breakfast are unpalatable, staff at breakfast very congested and hectic. Beds are uncomfortable, mattresses Dirchgelegen. Only the location of the hotel is great! In the middle of the city, all within walking distance. For 2-3 nights, The hotel could be an inexpensive way to explore the City. For a long time I would not recommend the Hotel. Is advertised with WLAN everywhere, in the room is no Wi-Fi. Upon request, staff at the front desk admitted that only in lobby Internet is available, not in the Room.

Super central location and very nice service. 4 stars only because the breakfast room is too small for the size of the hotel. Otherwise we, to 8 people for 1 week in this hotel, can only recommend the house.

Stayed for 7 nights 15 to 21 sept 2017. Room superior twin which clean and decent enough size … fridge in room which was a bonus but Wi-Fi rubbish throughout whole hotel. Buffet breakfast also nice … only problem was windows very draughty and building work going on all over the place which unfortunately they don't stop at night so the noise was terrible never slept even with cotton wool in ears … know this isn't the hotels fault but maybe decent double glazed windows would help.

Nice hotel with good location. Little bit noisy because of the tram passing by and the construction work which was right above the hotel, but when you are tired you dont hear the noise.

Some hygiene products were stolen from me in my own room… the director of the hotel refused to speak to me and nobody of the staff could help me. AWFUL customer service!

Good hotel in the center of the city! The room/bathroom was nice and clean, breakfast was good organized! Nice bar, nice barrista!

Excellent location Good standing in general. On the other hand the room 106 did not leave me that good memories (very small, tiny shower room, windows in single glazing that does not close on extremely noisy street! And right in front of the two elevators, not the ideal what!

Reserved a room but didn't get a room here. The (rude) receptionist simply said the room wasn't available for us and tried to move us to another one out if the city. We had to stay in another hotel instead. Irresponsible host with bad manners. One of the worst experience I've ever had.

Located centrally on the Restauradoes. Thus, Chiado, Bairo Altona but also Alfama are good walking distance. The rooms are adequately sized and attractively decorated. Breakfast is to manageable but good enough to start the day. The service is very friendly. The hotel is a clear recommendation for a visit in Lisbon.

Very Nice Cosy Hotel for Business Very well Located.

The hotel has a great location if you are interested in the old town of Lisbon.
Unfortunately, our room was only simply glazed and therefore you could hear all noises from the road very well. According to the reception was known and due to requirements of monument protection, not to eliminate the problem. The rooms on the 5th floor should be quiet.

Helpful staff … clean rooms. Good breakfast … great excursions proposals in particular excellent ones proposed by the mythical Fabio Mendes. … and his yellow cab TT tours. … not to be missed …

The location is top almost in the town, 3 min to Metro, train station 5 min 15 min to the Tagus. The comments when it comes to noise should be not be deterred. (I live in the country and find that I have here had a good night's sleep, room 305 front. ) Breakfast: 2 different rolls, croissants, 2 different types of bread. Cheese, ham, salami… (photo's taken). Room clean, good bed, safe (free of charge) refrigerator (about 40 x 50 size. ) I have made of all the photos and uploaded and can the hotel each guess.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Numerous restaurants and attractions nearby. On the road, parking is always in the evening. Breakfast is plentiful, employees of the hotel are helpful and accurate. Since the city of Lisbon very loud (tags and at night, bang loud! ) it is advisable to take the corresponding Vorkerrungen.
Subway station is 200 m, shopping area 300 m. Hancock on the mountain hotel is a student quarter — bars, disco, bars and taverns.
Preislestung is also excellent.
