Great rooms, big and clean. Love the marble/dark wood aestatic. No carpet floor, which is really nice for an asthmatic like me. Bathrooms are modern and clean, and the staff is nice. The only annoying part is that there is a build in radio in the ceiling which turns on automatically every time you enter your room.

Stayed here only for a night but had I known I would’ve stayed more. Beautiful rooms and clean facilities. Check in was a breeze, receptionist was extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

Good location. It is close to city canter. Staffs are very cordial and address your issues with a smile. The breakfast is very average. The rooms are satisfactory. Fresh room is not equipped enough. I would give a three star as the AC was not working and after complain, I was advised to keep the window open… : (

Great place to stay quaint room. Staff was very helpful. Location very convenient to train, bus and tram. Walking distance to tourist attractions. Absolutely beautiful Victorian style architecture. I loved Lisbon for a quick getaway.

Nice hotel. Rooms were modern and clean. Centrally located to start the 3 day trip. Everything on foot expired. The breakfast was okay, but the service for the kitchen absolutely overwhelmed. Structure looks different. A lady dark-skinned was the only light sight. It was good and should replace the ladder in the dining area. Really tough the woman.

The hotel is great. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good… the reception guys very nice and friendly both the morning and afternoon.

Decent hotel, clean. With a bar and a lounge, a very quiet atmosphere. A little impersonal in style. The breakfasts are buffets, with a wide choice of pastries.

To describe it in one word: Awesome! They even let us store our luggage after the checkout.

The location was very good and the staff were very friendly. Very clean large stays overall all perfect. If a hundred times I travel to Lisbon a hundred times I would stay at this hotel. Don't change. Greetings.

Nice modern hotel with a pleasant vibe. Well worth the few extra bucks over lower rated hotels. Open entrance with bar and lobby with some seats. Clean and recent rooms with everything present what one could expect. Bathroom is spacious and well equipped although our room did not come with a bathtub. The provided soap and shampoo is pleasant and the blow-dryer is a real one that actually dries your hair. The bar had happy hour till 20.00 so we could grab a nice fresh pint of beer on arrival. Nice complete breakfast with sufficient choices in breads, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruits, toppings and a wide selection of pastries and sweets. Being a coffee lover my only remark would be that a proper coffee machine would be a great addition. The current one tastes like instant powder coffee. All in all had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at this hotel. Would certainly have no doubt booking again if I find myself in Lisbon again.

This good hotel unfortunately only has Portuguese TV programmes for the rooms Fed.

It's interesting localization. Excelent's rooms, restaurant and attedents is a very good hotel.

Clean, modern, close to the centre. Large rooms with large bathrooms. Nice staff. Breakfast is unfortunately not a hit, preferring to go to breakfast in the city. Happy again!

Amazing Hotel! As you see the pictures, it's reality. It is next to the avenue that communicates with all the centre of Lisbon. Good communication with public transport. The breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No hits! If I go back to Lisbon, I will definitely come back to this hotel!

Great location, nice and clean rooms. Main issue was that ACs were not working. Weather was nice outside but hot in room and AC was still needed even in November. Another issue is noise level was high. I woke up when room upstairs use the shower.

Good hotel. Distance from the centre of Lisbon about 1, 5 km. Well served by public transport and Metro. Breakfast not to the height of a four star.

Excellent placement in the middle of Lisbon. Great value for money. Very elegant design and impeccable service. The bar is amazing! Be careful at the public parking in front of the hotel to pay in advance.

Good location, very near the Marques de Pombal metro station. 20 minutes journey from airport by metro train, get the red line and change at Saldanha to yellow line and 7th stop (€1.45 only). It is walking distance to Rossio Square and other important historic places such as Commercio square and Arco de Augusta and Castelo de Sao Jorge. Access within walking distance to various fashion shops, boutiques and very nice restaurants serving diverse menus, from traditional Portuguese, Indian, American, Brazilian and Japanese. The hotel itself is in a quiet neighbourhood, 5 minutes walk from metro station. The rooms are well proportioned, luxurious with coffee and tea making facilities, luxurious shower room provided with toiletries and piped music. Attentive staff provide help when needed. Hotel has a nice up market restaurant.

The hotel and hotel room were nice, as espected for the price. However the service is bad : I forgot some clothes in the room and came back a few days later to ask if they had them. First they said that they would look and asked us to wait. After one hour waiting they told us that they had not found anything. I am very disappointed because I am 100% certain that I forgot my clothes there. One advise thus if you are booking this hotel: make sure you don't forget anything in the room because you won't find it back. One more thing: the breakfast in the morning is not really good : the ham is not very good quality and the cofee was litteraly disgusting. I would advise you to have breakfast in one on Lisabon café, it will be better.

Friendly receptionists, room size ok, bathroom ok, excellent cleaners, sophisticated and modern feel. However breakfast was €15 each and didnt include eggs, coffee or orange juice and wanted €3-4 per item extra for these.

Pro: beautiful entrance. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Cons: quiet location located about a 20 min walk from central downtown lisbon. For young couples wouldnt recommend. during a 6 day stay, the cleaning lady kept taking our room key that kept the air conditioner in (which was what the service desk told us to do). After the service desk repeatedly said they will talk ti the cleaning ladies they still continued to take it. They made our beds however towels were always put back sloppily, used glasses were never taken away and replaced (should we have been washing our own glasses? ) And toilet paper was never refilled. Every evening we had to fo back to replenish these things ourselves. The service desk were haughty — they never could greet us and we had to wait for them to stop talking to each other to ask for things (not all but some) as well the day we left the man brought our luggage to the car but only looked on instead of helping us place it in.

Location was very good. Only 2 blocks from the metro and the tour bus all starts at the Marques de Pombal. Room was nicely Decorated and clean. Only down side was 2 elevators so a bit of a wait at busy time.

Big and spacious. Very near the Marche de Pompal. When taking dight seeing tours it's just 2 blocks away. 20 mins walk to plaza de commercio. Friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel is very quiet, the soundproofing is good.
The renovation is very well made, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable.

Good room quiet good bed. Location close to the Metro or 3 km from Rossio by the Avenue of liberation. On the other hand breakfast is marred by a coffee and fruit juices undrinkable. Too bad, especially as everywhere in town the cafes are excellent and we find fresh juices.

Hotel opened in 2016, still small setting in progress, but really good and not expensive.
Close to the subway and the buses.
