I only booked the room for one night, just as a stopover, so couldn't know much about the hotel amenities, but from the room perspective, it was very comfortable, large and the bathroom fulfilled the expectations. Overall, it was an OK stay.

Nothing is wrong with this hotel, but it is somewhat of a stretch to claim that it is a four star hotel. Nothing is included in the price (you pay separately for parking and breakfast) and there are extra facilities like a pool, sauna, gym, etc. They have a bar and a restaurant, but it is pricy and you can find better alternatives in the surrounding area. The staff seemed nice and welcoming.

Have a nice stay. The meals in the evening at the restaurant are very good, the wine excellent and good service. The room was very small. Too small for a one week stay. Friendly staff.

Excellent location to visit Lisbon walking or public transport. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable, good furniture and good internet connection, but eye!, I have read different opinions to mine in this respect so it should depend on the room… In my case I recommend to visit Lisbon. For putting some glue, breakfast average and a bit expensive if you do not get an offer.

The room was very small Location easy to reach from airport and next to center.

The room was very hot and they couldnt fix the AC. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff mostly spoke English which was helpful. Dont plan on taking a bath unless you are a tiny person.

Good value for the price. Good location — we have explored Lisbon from there on foot. We only ate away, the hotel restaurant also looks quite good.

We start from the positive factors: the hotel is very nice and the breakfast is quite plentiful. The hotel is close to the metro station and the staff are friendly. For the rest, this hotel is all smoke and no roast: noisy rooms with the aspidatore of the bathroom always on and constant noise coming from outside (really unbearable). Poor cleaning, number of power outlets in insufficient room, windows that do not close completely and heating constantly on. Steakhouse Restaurant with meat similar to shoe soles. Look elsewhere.

Great Hotel Clean and modern room. Nice and discreet staff. Very well located close to multiple bus stations and Metro stations. And a 10 minute walk to the big squares.

Very high class hotel — our room were small but large enough for our needs. Very modern ensuite — — little noisy at night with emptying laundry trucks etc Very convenient for accessing Metro which will get you easily around the city.

4 star hotel with smears the hotel is partly already a little bit in the years above all the rooms which lacks the glamour what lobby and etc promises but overall for a weekend it was OK the location is wonderful for excursions.

Good building But we stayed 4 days one of the broken elevators, always delayed to use them. Low water pressure. Under the bed there is everything for the lack of cleanliness. Pretends a 4 * but it's 3 *. The price is expensive for what it provides.

Superior room was tiny. Would have been considered a standard room for the price elsewhere. Bed and breakfast was great. Not enough hangers and had to request 3 times to get more. Advice given by front desk was inaccurate. Location was good.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and the bed was very good and the bedding was very clean and the linen was very close to the front desk. Instead of changing D room, besides the lack of details and another thing that I found curious that the channels D TV had in all languages less Spanish, amazing go!

Note: * there is parking behind the hotel at €15 per night/day. The same entry-exit for the 5 levels.

It's a good place to be. When you arrive Preguntad´por your parking at reception, as the one next door seems to be, but it is not. Moreover, a very cozy hotel a very good price, besides being a 10 minutes walk from the center of Lisbon.

Excellent compromise between quality and price. The location is very convenient in a nice neighbourhood and close to a park. Always attentive service. The STD rooms would require to be renovated. I come there often and will stay there again.

Good room, very nice staff, breakfast very good, it is just unfortunate to have no TV network that runs on last week.

Very nice hotel and clean but fingers away from the drinks in the room bar. 1can of Coke and a small bottle of water cost 14 euros. That's why a star less!

Good City Hotel. Great location. Clean modern rooms. We had a superior room to the street. It was already relatively small but that was done. The noise from the street through the window to be opened was bad. The window is better to seal at the edges then this will also get better with the street noise.
Breakfast easy, the products where there were ok. Except coffee/Wasser/juice from ancient vending machines absolute disaster. That you have to pay for cappucino, boiled egg I find a cheekness/rip.

The hotel's location is great (1 min walk from metro station), and the bar, the restaurant and the little "library" (like a common area) are really nice, in terms of atmosphere, the environment and the drinks. But, the bathroom in the room had a transparent wall, which had a curtain to be pulled down to cover it, but the curtain was controlled OUTSIDE of the bathroom (weird). Breakfast costs 10, worth the money!

Great hotel. Well placed to just walk to old town and a beautiful walk up the avenue at night. Cosy rooms, great staff and restaurant is really worth more than 1 trip. Staff and food are great.

Turim Av Liberdade is located near the touristical centers of Lisbon (10-15 min per subway, bus or car). The subway station is quite near the hotel. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean and nice. The only negative points were that the restaurant close at 11pm and the bar at 12am. In the night you can hear the traffic noise from the nearby main street.

Great location, cozy rooms ok for a short stay, good breakfast, average service. Best way to get there from the airport — by Airbus Would we stay here again — Yes!

Hotel is good, rooms clean but a bit worn. The Breakfast does the school grade 4-5, for 5€ is much to expensive. For 2 stars okay.

Nice Rooms, rather central Location with a metro Station nearby. Rooms were clean, only the bed was very soft and the furniture seemed kind of scratched. Would recommend for an inexpensive place to spend the night.

2 years ago in Lisbon. Nice hotel, metro 50m away. Lisbon is worth a visit. Again and again. Friendly staff in the hotel. Even on foot, you can go from here to the Centre.

Price quality excellent hotel good friendly service and very comfortable to be able to move.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, more than adequate room, copious and varied breakfast apart from coffee or rather the NESCAFÉ, but for €10 a lot for his money! Experience to renew without hesitation (apart from the restaurant). The head of the restaurant is very unpleasant, no regard towards its customers or its servers that he lectures in front of everyone.

The room was dirty (hairs in the sheets). The staff is unfriendly and not capable of doing their job. The manager was even worse, didn't do anything about the cleanliness of the room.

Very good customer service, the Portuguese very friendly. The breakfast is very complete and served in a very nice place. The situation is great to visit the city to walk but far enough removed from the hustle and bustle of the centre to rest.

Good City hotel! Great Design with slight quirks! Good starting point for City tours. Not recommended is the Restaurant duk what is in house! Lowest level, with underground Service!

Nice service, nice rooms, OK location, good breakfast but few choices, nice restaurant on the side. Room is good enough, don't expect too much!
