We stayed at this hotel x 7 nights in July, during our holidays in Lisbon. We are satisfied with the stay although the correct grade to my view would be 3.5 stars, but the option is not provided.
But let's start from the weak point: the rooms, vote 2. Too small and with so much need for a beautiful coat of paint to give it a tone that they have now lost over the years. There is no basis on which to rest the suitcase and leaving it on the ground creates problems in moving. Unfortunately it was more complex to dress up taking the clothes of the closet than to leave them in the suitcase, which is why we opted for this second solution. The bathroom, just as small, did not have the bidet (as indeed everywhere outside Italy). Paradoxically the shower was spacious. Nothing to say about cleaning, although the carpet on the ground always gives the idea that you could do more.
Courtesy of the staff, rating 4.5. Kind, courteous the guys at the front desk were always available to find even the least easy solution for them to meet our needs. Even the girl at the reception has committed to create an alternative tour in Setubal out of the round of normal tour operators recovering schedules trains, trams, bus lines and possible locations to visit (suggest the name of a tour operator would cost her much less fatigue).
