Service was shameful, fruit flies everywhere, ordered T Bone steak and it came out over cooked, tough as old boots, pepper sauce was a milky tasteless, cold soup. No vinegar in the house 🤷🏼‍♂️ table of 4 took 20mins to serve a single course after waiting 20mins for the start of the course! Non apologetic staff without any appreciation for good food or service. A brand does not make Quality. Pure Shite from start to finish. No redeeming features from high expectations 🤨

I had the mojitos and guacamole. It was delicious. Then I asked for a margarita drink and it tasted nothing like it, so I asked for another mojito instead.

Good not great or should I say not what we expected doesn't say seared tuna it says tuna sandwich bland and dry waiter didnt know anything. Club sandwich was like chicken fillet filled with butter and mustard. Should have said PESTANA cr7 special club sandwich so people can ask. Nice place to look at but really all fur coat and no knickers! won't be returning!

Larissa and Joao were fantastic! They were a huge help from check in to recommendations for dinner and sites. They even helped us book tickets to Algarve. Our room was wonderful and breakfast was delicious! I recommend this hotel!

Popped into this bar as my husband is a huge football fan. We thought it would be expensive but it wasn’t at all. The service was amazing and staff really friendly. Was easy to find off the Main Street, would recommend taking a look.

Shame they ran out of beer in the middle of the second half. Staff supportive and deco nice… but no beer for a Champions League final…

Excellent location, very helpful staff. Comfortable roomd, not very large but quite big enough if you are going out and about in Lisbon.

I cannot thank the staff enough for extraordinary service. It was my Birthday and they brought a special desert and drinks with a card. The special touch of seeing your name and welcome on the TV when you enter the room makes you feel special and your patronage is appreciated. The bar is fun and I was shocked with the quality tea service I was able to enjoy at the bar. This is not just a Futbol Fan's destination, it is an excellent choice for any traveler… but I happen to be a great Fan… so it was even more special. And the elevator photos are a great touch to bring back memories of incredible matches and spectacular goals.

Great hotel staff, facilities also. You get a mobile phone to use during your stay included all good restaurants and places to visit… Phone calls can be made … Don't eat at RIB restaurant they don't like serving tourists… If they do they will make you feel un wanted… CR7 is one of the best hotels I've visited with a bang for the buck!

Buon hotel, posizione invidiabile, alla moda, personale efficiente, camere non molto spaziose ma con buoni arredi. Purtroppo, le camere che non si affacciano sulla strada sono un po' rumorose. Però, si fanno perdonare con l'offerta di un cellulare da poter utilizzare durante il soggiorno.

Great concept, also the hotel has complimentary cellphones with 15mins of international calls and unlimited data kind of makes up for the compact rooms.

Fun seeing world cup game there. Staff was helpful. Prices a bit on the steep side, but worth the experience. Great location near all the action. Nice place.

Great location. Great bar with amazing food, cocktails, and foosball. Weirdly designed rooms: the shower is competely visible from the beds and you can only cover it with a curtain from the outside. Lots of unnecessary but cool lights everywhere too. We got a free ball signed by Ronaldo though. Overall a good experience.

The Food was not very good is a great place to have a drink that is about it. The place is very nice but the food is terrible.

Hotel has a nice lobby, restaurant and rooms are comfortable. Don't get a room at the 1st floor, the noise and music from downstairs will be your roommate. Was also a bit disappointed by the staff, asked for an iron and received 40 min later, had to call twice for it.

So what a nice place, party bar a great success and reasonable rates, regarding the hotel, nice room a little cramped normal service.

We were having breakfast at this hotel and they have a nice buffet. All kinds of breads, sausages, eggs, coffees, etc. Very friendly service.

Great location. The room includes a smartphone with 4g Internet and 30 minutes of calls a day to any phone. A large TV whose HDMI inputs are displayed on the wall. Usb charging in the wall. Bar on the 1st floor of the evening is always filled with people. Breakfast high quality but monotonous. At reception only one sofa for guests.

Under average bar. Nothing at all special about it besides the fact that it has a 'name' behind it. As a bar… There's hundreds more that are as good if not better just a short walking distance away. What an amazing hotel. Not only is the hotel in the ideal location in lisbon close to everything. The staff are so lovely, they all greeted us so well when checking into the hotel. But also gave us some tips and tricks, and places to visit.

Very nice hotel! Very well located, the staff if sooo friendly. The area is quite busy so I don't recommend going with car as I rented one and it was useless but if you need it by force, they have somewhere to park with special price. The bar in the hotel it's just great! The drinks, attention uff all. If you ever visit you have to try the croquettes. Highly recommended.

An amazing hotel in the middle of Lisbon! The hotel has a cool decoration while feeling cozy and comfortable. The rooms are big and the bed is very very soft and perfect for a good night sleep. The bathrooms are luxurious and the finishes are very appealing! A functional room that feels good to sleep in. I highly recommend this hotel to any tourist in Lisbon as it is very central and will let you test after walking the streets of the city!

Visited to watch the Benfica match at the recommendation of a local. First and foremost, had fantastic cocktails. Andre our Bar tender was boss. Lots of TLC for his precious concoctions. He got me feelin swazy all the way z. And to boot, it's one of the closest sports bar experiences I've had in Europe. Much more calm though and not meant to deliver that atmosphere but it did. great drinks.

The hotel I loved, the room has all the amenities. Very comfortable and perfect to rest after long days of sightseeing in Lisbon. Also the friendly staff and if you like the perfect football! The room is modern, there were details that I liked as it has as well as USB plugs to charge the mobile, the TV is big and has Apple TV. The rooms were very clean. The location is perfect. Very centrally located, next to the trade square and next to all the tourist areas of Lisbon. Well connected the Metro is 2 minutes.

Perfect Location, brand new hotel and rooms donated with every comfort. The only drawback is that the insulation of the sound is not perfect, but it was nothing serious.

It was cool and they have interesting Coktails. But you have to wait a Little Bit Long to get it (round about 15 minutes). Also we wanted to order a pitcher and they did Not have the ingrediants for that cocktail.

It's dark but 4 stars for the billiardini. Put gigi dag ball to the 5-star hotel. (Why two imacs at the reception)

Very nice modern and boutique feel hotel. As a football fan it was great to stay here with all the CR7 extra touches. The stafc were extremely helpful and friendly and really enhanced our stay. The hotel is placed right in the heart of Lisbon and is withing a 3-5 minute walk of shopping and great transport links. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Good decoration, good kitchen. Prices somewhat higher than those in the area, but not much more. Very correct treatment, ideal to rest, and enjoy Portuguese cuisine reinterpreted.
