Have stayed a couple of Times for short business trips. Its that good that I look no where else. Its affordable and a great breakfast. Reciptionists are so nice. 5 stars.
Within walking distance of everything. Rooms are perfect size. Would highly reccomend to anyone.

Beautiful rooftop bar with a great view of Lisbon. Nice way to end a day of shopping.

Excellent hotel! the staff is so friendly and helpfull! breakfast is more then you can wish and the rooms are perfect! this made our citytrip more than perfect! nice gesture is the plate of pasteis de nata at the resception, we ate a lot of them thank you!

Room is small without any real closet and no drawers to stow your clothes. The walls are not very sound proofed so you can easily hear your neighbor. Bed is very comfortable, we had a good rest. Hotel location is good and the buffet breakfast has many options. I would have preferred the staff to clear away used plates and cups, the table became very cluttered very fast. Eggs and waffles are prepared to order which is nice.

Good location, very friendly staff who were very patient with us getting a group of 25 to each of our rooms. There was a wide variety of food for our breakfast and dinner and it was all delicious.

Had a great stay here recently. It's really central, the rooms are very clean and modern, the breakfast is super. The hotel staff were really helpful and gave us a lovely treat as we were here to celebrate a special occasion. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Excellent location. Fast and friendly check in. Room was as described. Comfy and efficient. A tad small but, then location, location, location. Choose it for the location and helpful staff.

Hotel Vincci Baixa is in a great location close by many shops and monuments. The room were excellent with all the things you need included a balcony, where you can sit to enjoy the sun. The service was also good. The staff was really welcoming and helpful and the housekeeping is doing a good job.

Like all hotels in the Vincci chain, it is impeccable. Staff very helpful and also in Italian. Rooms a little small but on average for lisbon ones. Hotels in the center and close to the main course (50-100) in the side street. Metro as close as to locals and major tourist resorts including the mythical trams.

Beautiful hotel, rebuilt new, with good taste in the décor in the center behind the Trade Square. So you have everything close by. For walking, eating, shopping, metro tram the famous No 28. Very efficient staff, great breakfast. I mean, I'll be back…

Very disappointed. Supposed to be a 4* hotel, is not worth it at all. Personnel is somehow nice but we had the feeling to bother when you complain about something. We nicely got a room changed after we were positioned just next to the elevator. The next room we had was partly dirty and water would stay in a corner of the shower (thankfully cleaning lady would take it away). Not mentioning the somehow working heating system. Second day, cleaning of the room had to be done at 5:30pm after we came back from a long walking day and asked if they’ll do it, had to leave 15min from the room. Nice pasta de nata and liquor available in the evening in the lobby but maybe to erase the bad side of the hotel. If you have other opportunities for your stay, don’t hesitate. Still the location is good.

Nice hotel in the perfect spot. However, the rooms were unfortunately not very big, and you can hear the neighbours. Especially from upstairs.

Very comfortable boutique hotel in a good location, with great service and nice attention to detail. Nespresso machines in the rooms add a nice touch. Complementary Pastéis de Belém and Moscatel served in the lobby in the evenings.

Unsurpassed attention of all the staff, less in room cleaning, the days I stayed, I called several times to know if they could clean the room, until the day of departure and before 12:00 in the morning.

Good location, only a short walk to the main square which has the various transport links. Roughly €8 via uber from the airport. Some of the rooms on the top floor have a nice balcony that you can sit out and enjoy a drink on.

A disappointment (very small room and bathroom with bathroom in need of renovation, mediocre breakfast and housekeeping service) after the wonderful Vincci Porto we stayed at in April. Were given the only room on our row without a balcony as a reward (! ) for making a direct reservation through their own website. No welcome drinks in the rooms as shared by other guests. Very poor Wi-Fi in the room. And the most surprising thing is that they ran out of hand towels on our last night! The only good thing was the super comfy double bed.

I really liked the service in this place it was great. The welcome drinks in the room as we arrived was interesting. Very comfortable room. The staff spoke English which was beneficial to us as we don't know Portuguese. I'd definitely stay here again. Special thanks to the waiter in the restaurant. I think his name is Mario? Not sure, but definitely great service from this guy. Thanks so much.

Central location, quiet, well run. Pastel De Nata (classic custard tarts) every afternoon in the reception.

Boutique hotel in a good location. Postives — Rooms on the small size but well laid out. Breakfast buffet is good with lots of selection. Negatives — Hotel advertises parking which is way down the road not at the hotel, Lots of construction going on so rooms are noisy, On check out the lady at reception was a bit abrupt! However the other staff members were friendly and helpful during our stay.

Nice room correct small terrace Superb to have a small coffee in the morning removes a star for the bathroom.

Very nice hotel completely renovated.

Great position, staff very nice, complimentary pastries and port in the foyer in the evening a lovely touch. We had a lovely room on the 5th floor. My only criticism is although it was lovely the practicalities were forgotten. Not nearly enough space for clothing, hangers were dire only 3 fixed in a very very narrow wardrobe. This for 2 people for 4 days. Only 2 small drawers between us. Not well planned from that point if view.

We are still here one more night, it's fantastic and would recommend it beautiful inside lovely staff, The room is really lovely and after a day out yesterday we returned to a bottle of cava in an ice bucket and cake for my other half day birthday don't know if they saw his birthday cards or his passport when we checked it but what a lovely touch, if we come back to Lisbon would stay here again.

Hotel ridiculous, my room smells of humidity… really small bed… to flee absolutely… The staff at the reception does not even tell you the direction of your room…

Top Hotel, great Service. All relevant staff speak fluent English and are very polite and courteous. At the reception even small Gebäckteilchen :) The rooms are modern and beautifully designed, Safe and Minibar are available. Even a rain shower there. I only have a few more shelves in the closets, and generally a few hooks missing. But one can live with. The Breakfast is great, fresh and constantly replenished. The day before we are due to various reasons several times in the other Restaurants have received and then just time the Buffet in the Hotel booked. Dinner we had here then also the time to test it, it was really a dream. Fresh fish, super prepared — a cosy ambience. The prices are average, but for this quality is more than excellent. The dining room is in mint condition, tastefully decorated and very well maintained. Happy again :-).

August 2014. It is difficult to be a better hotel in this category in the baixa. Half minute from square trade and commercial streets, mouth of metro and tram and bus stops. Buffet very correct, unequal kindness staff, complete bathroom. Only one catch: the room on the fourth floor — dormered with a picturesque terrace — is reduced and a size bed unfit for the rest of two people.
If I return to Lisbon it would repeat the experience, certainly, but on another plant that is the fourth.

Nice hotel, small but cosy rooms. Be sure to ask for a room on the 4th floor which has balconies. The hotel is perfectly situated and you're only 15 minutes walks away from many sites like the Santa Justa elevator and the San Jorge castle. You will be right in the shopping center, surrounded by many great restaurants.

Very well presented hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Walking distance from all the main attractions and seconds from the restaurant/bars by the sea. Really nice having a balcony to watch and hear Lisbon life go by. Took my girlfriend here for her 30th and we both absolutely lived it. The man on reception was very kind and arranged for wine and chocolate to be sent to our room as a surprise (to both of us). Great service. Thanks to the hotel and team.

The deal is terrific.
I loved the detail of having coffee in the rooms.
They have different intensity light in the room.
The decor is beautiful and very consistent with the situation of the hotel.
The location of the hotel, in the Centre of the old town of Lisbon is ideal-.

This must be the best hotel in downtown Lisbon. Situated in a great location for visiting Lisbon, the staff are absolutely wonderful, the rooms are well appointed, and the breakfast is fabulous. The rooms might be a little small if you are going to sit around in them, but there is no good reason to stay inside as the hotel is so well located. The only negative I would have would be the overuse of mirrored walls in the bathroom and the inherent danger of walking into them in the dark.
