Without comparison the BEST hotel group in Lisboa!
Never met a group of people so attentive to clients needs as here… And that goes from head manager to ground staff! The only hotel group, I ever worked with, that provides you and your clients with even MORE, than you actuallay asked for! Placement, quality, service and everything else is way more than average (And way beyond the current and quite stupid hotel star rating system). In my opinion the My Story hotels rate a clean 6 out of the possible 5*****!

Very nice staff, rooms to forget.

Charming little hotel. We had a tiny room (really tiny, despite that I will rate 5), but very cleaverly designed with all the necessary facilities. Amazing location, sensible prices, delicious breakfast and great staff. Would definitely book again!

Ideally located in the center of the city and the train station to visit Sintra; Very good reception, we were able to occupy our room before check in time as it was already ready! Correct breakfast, possibility of a small restaurant on site, room and bedding impeccable! Very quiet despite the central location. I highly recommend it!

An Excellent option to enjoy your stay in Lisbon, apart from having excellent service, and beautiful rooms, the location is perfect.

Very good hotel right in the middle of the old city. Very nice personnel and got a free glass of wine when checking in.

Based on photos, expected a more luxurious atmosphere. The staff though is friendly and helpful. Overall a good stay (if you don’t need to pay the full rate).

Very good location Rooms a little small. Discreet cleaning. Better to ask for a street side room because on the other side does not pass a light wire but only smells of the kitchens below.

Modern, new, very clean and nice Hotel within walking distance of the metro station and the main attractions of the city. We could not have better location to visit Lisbon. The staff are very friendly and always available for any request. Breakfast is good, but if you want to opt to book only the room know that all around is full of pastries and bars that prepare sweets and delicious coffee at really low prices.

A slow service and a Moscatel at 8 euros. It looks like a tourist trap and unfortunately we fell into this trap.

14Euro set lunch which includes bread, drink of our choice, coffee, soup, main course and dessert. The tomato rice was so good it could be a main course on its own. Service needed more efficiency.

Great attention to detail in customer care! Reception staff very kind. A box of complimentary pastries were awaiting us in our room. Rooms very quiet, cool, clean, recently refurbished. Hidden gem in the Lisboa old town.

The hotel did not know it, I have only been to the restaurant and the terrace, it eats well and it is not very expensive and on the terrace there was a singer who while you take a beer or dinners enlivened the atmosphere and it was fantastic and very nice.

Cute little hotel with a great restaurant. Rooms are clean and size of room is spacious compared to a lot of European hotels. Its location makes it a superb choice for our stay in Lisbon.

Great little hotel right in the middle of the city. Easy walking to many areas. Also a good place for dinner. Air conditioning was very good in the rooms.

Fully recommended restaurant, excellent quality kitchen, affordable. Very centrally located near Rua Augusta. Better to eat or dine indoors as it is quieter. Staff very friendly and helpful. It's worth a lot.

Small rooms! Not clean! Black long hair everywhere in the bathroom and also bed! Other room requested, then went not as it was supposedly booked! Food in the restaurant a disaster, no taste! Not recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms are modern, clean, quiet and air conditioned. Very fast Wi-Fi. Right in the centre of the historic heart of Lisbon.

Very good food for a quite affordable price. The staff spoke good english. My burger was a bit rare though (some might like it) more in the "english" corner. They corrected it instantly and everything was fine. I like my burgers eadable by hands, you have to use a fork and a knive for the ones I ate, but they have a lot more to choose from.

During my visit to Lisbon, I visited My Story Hotel for an early dinner. Their special is comprised of a 3-course meal, which included a starter (soup or salad), main entree, and drink+dessert+cafe. Quality of food was great, and the serving size was generous, though they must have forgotten to give the cafe at the end. Service took their time, and a dinner for 6 inidividuals took well over 2 hours. Overall, great food, acceptable service.

We didn't stay but had dinner in the restaurant. Quality food at an affordable price. The attention was extraordinary and we felt very comfortable. The Camrero that waited on us, very well. We had dinner in the centre of Lisbon and the lies was fantastic. I recommend it with no doubt and that if I go back to Lisbon… thing that we will do, we will go without a doubt!

Great weekend in Lisbon where we stayed 2 nights at the hotel My Story Hotel Ouro, ideally located close to transport, restaurants, 15 min. Walk to the District of Alfama. Very good reception, several team members speak french, and will give you lots of tips to help you enjoy your stay in Lisbon.

I recommend this place for having dinner. Amazing staff and good cost/benefit.

I loved it, we were treated very well, the rooms are great, the mattresses are wonderful, they explained everything perfect in the hotel, speak several languages, the breakfast buffet this so delicious, we kept the suitcases the last day to continue to see lisbon up to us to go, is 10.

Hotel is very new with very pleasant staff, centrally located and with very good communication. The breakfast is quite complete, only lacking a natural orange juice.

The bedding is very comfortable.
Breakfast: english breakfast, cold cuts, pastries, specialties lisbonites etc are proposed. (very large selection and it's very good)

Opening in 2014 is very Central, at the weekend, quite busy road is also a lot at night driving. Perfect for an evening out in the upper town.
