This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Check in reception staff are very professional and explain everything. All covid prevention measures are in place including ppe in the room. The guest liason lady is very helpful friendly and professional. She gave great advice abd tips! The hotel offers two free daily walking tour trips. In reception there are free to take treats and bottles of water. A free daily icecream is offered along with hot drink in the cafe attached to the building. The hotel decor is modern and very clean. Our room. Was spacious contemporary decor and a huge queen size bed. The bathroom is lovely with molten brown toiletries. The bath/shower has a panel for relaxing mood music. The view outside is a square with a chuch opposite. The hotel restaurant and we were very well looked after by Pedro and Christopher. The breakfast was to to die for. As Pedro said ' the best breakfast in the city! ' He wasn't wrong! So much choice and beautifully presented. The tram and bus services run directly outside. This is a fabulous location for walking to the River Tagus with lovely bars and restaurants.

Impeccable customer service, all the employees are very professional and so kind, the breakfast buffet is amazing and the room equipped up to the smallest detail (hair straightener! ). In addition, appetizers, water and organic juices are available H24 at the entrance and the hotel ambassador visits the city every morning. Location close to the main square and shops.

Girls trip of 5 stayed for 3 nights after visiting Barcelona. A couple of is are avis travelers and have a baseline of quality international hotels and service and we all agreed this hotel is one of the best. Great attention to detail in convenience and professional courtesy.
The breakfast is extensive and the restaurant staff is unbelievably accommodating. The bar has tasty drinks and will also make something iniqie or special if you are undecided. Talk to Ricardo! The hotel manager Nuno made sure the 5 of us were always completely satisfied, always had a smile on his face and a kind word. Nightly happy hour and daily snacks in the lobby and on every floor were enjoyable amd plentiful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Everything about this Hotel was amazing ❣️We loved the beautiful junior suite with beautiful decor and huge bathroom. Room was so spacious and so many extras in the room. Nightly snack in your room was awesome. Candy and biscuits with nuts en fresh juice available at all times in the foyer. Wine and canapés served every night in foyer. Delicious Breakfast with everything you can think of. Staff was excellent ❣️

Fantastic hotel, what a great service! And every evening a special drink and appetizer for all guests in the lobby. Build on historical grounds which can be visited at floor — 1. The best welcome you can wish for when arriving in Lissabon.

Fantastic Hotel! Staff is kind and accommodating. Very close to city center and metro station. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean, cozy and spacious.

Hotel is good with helpful staff and lots of free bonuses in the lobby (free wine, bottled water, chocolate, you name it), but breakfast is rather poor for 5* and doesn't change day to day, staying here for a week I got sick of it very quickly. Bar/restaurant is nice! They also have problems with air con sometimes.

Stayed here for three nights in my last visit to Lisbon. Highlight was the staff. The most friendly and helpful staff; super helpful and fixed every problem that arose. We had a shower which didn’t drain well so we told them and the next day… done. The location is great; only a short walk to the Time Out market and the train station to Cascais. Beds were comfy and windows opened. Excellent stay and experience, will come back again.

The location of the hotel is very central. More importantly the Hotel is recent with a lot of attention to detail such as having a hair dryer AND a hair straightener which my wife told me is the tops! The half bottle of port is a nice touch and the molten brown bathroom products are a plus. The rooms are not big however they are well appointed the beds very comfortable. If a shower with superior water pressure is your thing the. You will love this. The Nespresso machine in the room makes a huge difference for you coffee lovers. The breakfast is really good with a wide variety. There are ruins below the hotel that they preserved. Every afternoon in the lobby they have an aperitivo hour with complimentary drinks.

We spent a stay at home in this luxury hotel more than warm, which is great! Sometimes the luxury hotels are cold and stilted, life here is sweet and pretty cool! The employees are adorable and should be rewarded at the height of their home and their work.

This hotel isn't just great, it's fantastic! From the moment we arrived we were treated like stars. Staff spotted we were tired and hot after our travel and got us water and looked after us. Room is very bright and airy with lovely view of the river. Restaurant is very nice and food wonderful. Can't say a bad thing about this hotel.

Excellent customer service, elegant design, and best room dining ever! Corpo Santo is a fantastic hotel right in the heart of Lisbon. Favourite features include Nespresso coffee machine, mood lighting in the bathroom, fast Wi-Fi, toned colour palette, and lots of natural light in the room. Highly recommended!

This is a fantastic hotel to say the least the reception staff is fabulous, their attention to detail and courtesy is a 15 on a scale of 1-10 truly amazing and the Porter Restaurant and bar the hotel restaurant again a 15 on a saxalf of 1-10 we highly recommend if you are coming to Lisbon and want to stay in a historic hotel in the old town area this is a must …
