Be careful… they sell rooms that don't conform to photos. Bad experience. We were given two rooms "bettole" (bathroom in room intermezzamic with wood panels, sink outside the room) that we left, with unpleasant consequences. However we solved it with booking. They refunded and we had to look for other hotel. Arriving at 1p we finished settling down at 7pm. Missed an evening. They didn't break down in the slightest.

Place not very well equipped and not very clean. Bathroom doors don't close. The shutters also do not close completely. The chairs have signs of cigarette burns. However well located the apartment and spacious.

Clean. Very friendly. Well organized.

Cheap price for high-end hotel.

The Hotel cancelled the reservation without prior notice and we met on the street when we arrived. The Receptionist's deal was despicable and didn't help us at all at all. As far as the hotel is concerned, it looks bad just to see it from outside and smells weird. Worst of all has been the total lack of professionalism of the receptionist who didn't give us any kind of explanation and basically told us to leave. Don't make your reservation here and your vacation will be better than mine.

Breakfast scant, cleanas, as bed linen do not change, after cleaning on three towels became less, the staff are polite.

Good deal, but the bathroom left a lot to be desired.

We booked our room in the last minute and only stayed one night.

Good place to rest and close to public transport.

The room had the private bathroom as indicated on the web but this one was so small that it did not fit to sit in toilet, on the other hand the bathroom had no ceiling so the intimacy is null and the room smelled of drain. They cleaned the room and left kleneex on the floor. The walls were dirty.

This place is awful. The bathroom… for calling it in some way, stinks, has no roof in the bathroom, ehhhhh do not miss that if you want intimacy and sit in the cup… you can not close the door and not only that, if you happen to pull the chain… grab that looks like the building falls.
The prints on the walls… those are better than the pictures.

I still do not understand how it is possible as a hotel booking application They say you do a discount of 70% and these suerteeeee? But what milk is this.

Rooms small. Very freute. Private parking for 7 euros daily. Metro nearby.

Good hotel, not bad accomodations, and not bad breakfast at all. Staff is super prepared to receive clients.

Very friendly staff. Not the Manager. Who explained to us that it was a ghest house… we knew it. But we were in an equal cataloged in Porto and it was great!

Clean but very very small the bathroom is super tiny but the attention very friendly and good disposition to help the location is good close to a local restaurant first.

Phew. They're getting better, but they've got a long way to go. We had three nights with treated and we went missing two. U unbearable noise in the room (constant cars that seemed to pass through the room and neighbors at the end of the hallway that looked like they were with you in the same stay) made us unable to hit the eye all night. Very nice staff.

No frills guesthouse, clean, quiet and efficient, right in the heart of Lisbon. Approx 10-15 minutes walk from anywhere central you might want to be, and staff are friendly too.

The guesthouse is in a good location, a few miles from the centre of Lisbon and a few hundred netri from the Metro.
The rooms overlook a busy street and the car noise could disturb your sleep (a couple of drinks in the Barrio Alto and you won't hear anything! Guaranteed:D). Clean room, change of towels every day unlike the sheets which in five days have never been changed. The air conditioner is missing but the night is cool and breezy;)
Advice for short stays.

Cheap, good for the price. Tiny bathroom and thin walls.

Some parts, corridors, new reception doors, others such as rooms, walls, dilapidated bathrooms and degraded to the maximum as well as being small. High prices.

Lovely place. Friendly staff. Close to the centre of town but still reasonably quiet. Nice decor and the most beautiful old style elevator I've ever seen. Very good price also. Will definitely return.

Room very very noisy the window overlooks an avenue no fan nor that air conditioning in the middle of August no effort on the part of the staff to change us room while the hotel is not filled the worst room its assigned to Reservation Booking!

Restaurant Chinese with the menu and the prices typical, but with very good menus of weekdays.

Not is it would recommend to nobody, old, outdated, dirty, humidity by all them sites, rooms tiny, quarter of Bath where for enter tapeworms that remove the bed, the basin out in the room, in a word "horrible". To please only the reception staff, friendly and helpful.
Breakfast rather limited, but if you bajabas for breakfast at nine o'clock you were nothing.

Great service with good facilities. The room is clean, the internet is fast (30Mbps/4Mbps), and the breakfast is decent. Price is also good. It is 10 minutes walk from a park that is nice for jogging. There are also small shops and restaurants with the 10 min walk range. Currently they are offering free parking.
