The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. good location and good service.

Nice comfortable rooms. Amazing mattresses & pillows. Nice varied food selection for all meals. Friendly staff especially at breakfast and in the bar (ie Lillian’s), sorry forgot my Benfica friends name in the bar. Ideally located between airport and city with close access to metro station and Sporting Lisbon ground with shops local too.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to the airport and it’s good value for money.

I loved staying at this hotel, it is wonderful. Impeccable service, super recommended.

What a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. The staff was extremely friendly, the room wad immaculate and breakfast was excellent.

Ideal location, good check-in well informed on what was available. Room was large and clean. We visited the bar looking for something to eat. Although late we were able to get what we wanted. We used the hotel transfer to the airport which was perfect.

Service was excellent. Great location after a very long flight. The king size bed was the best sleep in 2 days.

We were treated like family by Miguel from the moment we walked into the hotel. Marco found an incredible driver for our journey to Estoril! The driver took the scenic route and treated us to a wonderful tour. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean! Love the bath products!
The breakfast buffet had all my healthy favorites and my guilty little chocolate croissant.

Reception was good but mini bar was not working they fixed it but did not use it because it took about 4hours to cool down and did not replace the stuff which must have gone bad and was asked to go downstairs in the bar to get the ice.

Iron in the room, great size bed, complimentary water, coffee and fruit service in the room.

Beautiful hotel with nice, comfy rooms. Would definitely stay there again.

We didn’t actually stay here, but the service was fantastic. We had a mistake with our reservation (on our end) and the hotel was booked when we got there. It was already midnight, but the concierge was SO, so helpful. He let us use the internet, called other hotels for us, got us a taxi, and carried my luggage out for me. Amazing service for people who weren’t even staying there. Thank you so much!

Nice staff, and good location as it’s close to the airport. The decor and amenities leave something to be desired. The hallways and carpet are stained and look straight out of “ The Shining”. The coffee machine and safe look like they are originals from the 1980’s. Not exactly what I expected from “Raddison”.

Best experience ever! Rooms are beautiful! Came from Canada and had a layover. They let us check out late because our flight wasn't till 6pm. No extra charge. We couldn't find a cab big enough back to the airport so they drove us there free of charge. Beds were super comfy. I booked using booking. Com.

Only stayed one night but great hotel. Service was excellent. Food delicious and rooms high spec and spotless clean. Considering it is so close to the airport the noise level was very low and I had a great nights sleep. Highly recommend for business or pleasure.

I can’t believe that our room is not cleaned even though we told them to clean it. We were back at 7:30pm and still not clean! Unbelievable! Never booking a room in Radisson blu anywhere in the world! A piece of shit!

The hotel is good, the location is certainly not very for those who would like to go somewhere and The Shop is the only one there is not far away — lidl. The rooms are clean, not big, every day clean, the breakfasts are great! Hotel type: wash and sleep) next to the hotel is a 6-minute drive away there is a great bar with live templarios music.

Very nice hotel but when we took the room we were hoping for a shuttle to the airport but this shuttle is open from 6am and we had to be in it at 5am. It was necessary to go to the airport in the evening to find out the information about the plane and to make a rental car and when we went back it turned out that the transfer is no longer working. It was about 6 or 7 p. M. I really hope that Radisson will fix this problem.

The rooms are nice, but have seen the best of times and need to be renovated and better soundproofed. Bathroom very nice and fresh. Very friendly and helpful staff! Shuttle service to airport. Very nice and relaxing bar area!

The hotel is nice. The food is delicious. It is close to the University and Sporting Stadium. 5-10min to the airport nm car.

Those guys are the best! We had a heck of a stay there from calling the ambulance for my baby that fell of the bed to dealing with the unknown length of our stay as we could not board the plane back home… They helped us beyond expectations, I don't think I've ever seen so much solidarity anywhere else! An amazing team, caring and willing to do everything to make your stay the best experience, the only thing for the employees it would be great if they could have access to some new computers/system to be more efficient.

Best practice if you have the airplane early… €15 by taxi to the city centre.

The location is very good. 8km to city center and very accessible in taxi. The rooms are very tight I stayed in a junior suite and is very good room, you have a separate room with the king size bed and a living room with a very comfortable sofa-bed. The service is very nice and people is very kind.

Very good quality hotel, 5 min away from the airport by shuttle. Online booking price was significantly lower than that shown in the lobby by about half so make sure to research in advance. One side of the hotel views on the highway and it can be noisy as the windows are not particularly well insulated — ear plugs recommended. Not sure which side is the best but I would suspect the East-facing rooms. AC on the other hand, seemed fairly quiet by comparison. In-house restaurant has some good options although pricey.

Both the room and the bathroom were very spacious. The buffet of the dinner was nice and the breakfast really amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice Hotel, watch your belongings As a flight Crew member I had a 24 hours stay on this hotel. During my stay, Passport, Wallet and Licence got stolen. Had it during Check in, gone during checkout. I never left the hotel. The staff was not cooperative at all, emails get answered only after multiple inquieries. My company blacklisted this Radisson. So: for a Radisson it is unfortunately substandard. Watch your stuff.

The hotel in general is not bad. The problem was the shower, the hot water did not arrive in the morning, at the rush hour, of all showering. We talked and the next day he fixed you. I went at Easter 2018.

Clean and very spacious room with nice bathroom. Room itself a bit dated and could get some refresh, but this actually wasn’t bother me at all. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast offered great food selection, hot and cold, fresh fruits – all very good and tasty. Superb staff, great attitude — always very happy to help.

By chance in this hotel after a cancelled flight. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food to say the least yummy and abundant. Clean rooms and in perfect order.

Modern, very comfortable and well equipped type room, Wi-Fi… and a restaurant. Price is quite high but it depends on the period.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We were always thrilled! I recommend it without hesitation!

We stayed here on 6th March 2018 for a night. We were greeted warmly, friendly and professionally. The hotel was modern, clean, and contemporary. The room l was given was spacious and almost like a suite in style. The room was clean, very spacious, lovely bathroom and shower was lovely too. The bed was firm and comfortable to sleep in. The views from my room had a perfect view of the city. Has all the things you would expect in a room for your creature comfort. The restaurant offered a good selection of courses. Only negative could offer more steak options however the fish dishes were a good option too. Breakfast offered hot and cold selections that should please most clientele. I would recommend this hotel to everyone including families too. They offer a free transfers to the airport.

Good hotel with very good facilities. Easy access by Subway. However, the airport is close only with the shuttle service really available. Good connection even with the car but a bit noisy. But the one is probably not without the other. Would recommend it to anyone.

We have not the best time in Radisson Lisbon. The hotel as such was very clean and tidy… however on the first night we had dinner in the hotel, being vegetarian, we were advised to go to the temple by one of the waiters! I must say that worst ever experience of radisson I have ever had in last 10 years of staying that them. Most likely my last one!

Too close to the highway and we hear the noise of the planes… Otherwise the hotel is clean and neat.

Rooms large beds super comfortable and above all workers very attentive for your comfort and services I give them a 10.

Pathetic place, they didn't even give water for free. Paid €179 for the room and got nothing complimentary. Had to pay €11for water bottle. The taxi they provided overcharged us everytime as the hotel had some commission included in the fare. Don't visit this place, it's totally waste of money!

Although I stayed only one night because of TAP… I found a good hotel, the food was nothing special.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. It extremely close to the airport for overnight layovers and they offer a daytime room from 8am-6pm for long daytime layovers. The rooms were clean, spacious but basic. The rooms did not have minibars or refrigerators, but there were vending machines on each floor.

A little outside if you're looking for sightseeing. Good place if you need a place to wait for flights or make arrangements for the city without tourist intent. Well connected by Metro. They have service and travel to the airport. The rooms are good and the food too.

Decent hotel with good value for the price. The parking is NOT free. There is parking on site, but it is paid parking. We parked in the lot outside and didn't have any issues. You can also park in the garage for a fee of around 13 euros per day. The lot outside is charged from Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. The breakfast buffet was good and service at the hotel was good. Rooms were a bit small.

The location near the airport means the rooms are quite noisy. The hotel overall has come a bit in the years but still acceptable. The breakfast is good. Overall, the hotel's facilities are not really convincing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Finally, it can be said that the Radisson Blu in Lisbon is not comparable to those in England, Denmark or Germany, for example.

We face some problems with reservation (delayed flight and overnight stay cover by TAP) No any help from hotel staff, simply don't care. Huge disappointment.

The rooms are very cosy and wide. The air conditioning works perfectly and what a wonderful view over the city!

The Hotel was very good and the room was very nice and I had a great time. I think if I go back to Lisbon I will definitely spend another night.

Old Hotel, we had to change rooms as several things did not work. The room service left wanted although the staff at the reception was adorable.

A decent hotel although a little bit too far out of town. Hotel itself is a little bit dated and perhaps a bit stuck in the 80s. With that being said, it is very close and very handy to the airport; probably 3 minutes in a cab and because cabs are so plentiful in Lisbon it's very cheap to get there too. Ok all in all.

I have stayed several times in this property. During the last stay, I was woken up in the middle of the night by telephone conversations in the next room. Very bad sound insulation.

Nice and clean room and very comfy bed, helpful and friendly staff, convenient for Metro to town, the decor a bit tired but great value for money, nice to be recognised as Club Carlson member with welcome gift. Wide selection of food at the breakfast. Very narrow and low ceiling for underground car park, but no problem to access with a normal car. Overall recommended.

We spent five days at the Radisson Blu in Lisbon and we had a wonderful time. The room and bathroom were beautiful and very new and clean. The staff was very helpful and very accommodating. The best thing was the amazing buffet breakfast we had every morning before heading out. This was very convenient as we did not have to stop for our breakfast on the road and we could get along with the day’s plans right away. I would definitely stay here again. Very close to airport and to other exciting places we visited.

Arrival 17h Room not ready… in a rather expensive suite there is only one bathrobe and one pair of slippers… But we already paid!

A bit under the standard of the Radisson.

Nice location right off the highway and next to a metro station. Rooms were extremely large for Europe, and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The only downside was the staff and service. They would not acknowledge that I had breakfast in my reservation, so I had to call Radisson to fix it. Then they "forgot" to clean our room. Don't expect great service, but still an excellent hotel.

Usual hotel room nothing special for an unjustified amount of money. Looks and feels like a typical holiday inn in the UK. 26 euro each for lunch and just under 17 euro for breakfast is totally bad. Room is clean and tidy. No water left in rooms so you have to use tap water or go out and buy some but as Elaine my partner just said for the price we were charged whats a bottle of water after the profits this place makes. Best thing is we can see sporting lisbon football grounds between the buildings across the motorway and our bed is comfy so its not all bad and the staff are really nice.

Good value and clean washrooms. Big comfortable beds and pillows. A little outdated in furniture style but I liked it was wood floors as oppose to carpet. 5 mins from airport. We got upgraded to a suite — and the suite was generous in size and very comfortable.

Large and comfortable rooms, good breakfast service. The people who work in the hotel are friendly and well arranged. It is not located in a central area but easy access and there is a subway within walking distance. Recommended.

A good hotel, a bit dated but the restaurant is of good quality. The bed rooms are clean as well as the bathroom. Meeting room available, small business also within the enclosure of the building.

We spent one night at this hotel because it is close to the airport. The room was cold although we had turned off the air conditioner. We ate well and the staff was friendly.

Stay in a suite for 2 adults + 2 children. Very good reception, very clean and classy. Breakfast Buffet well stocked and balanced. Small care staff. I do not put 5 stars because the extra bed is uncomfortable (convertible sofa). The very fine mattress leaves the spring. The main bedding is impeccable: King size bed with very comfortable mattress.

Thin walls, crazy parking but a good value. The rooms are nice and bathrooms up to date. Not the best location but not bad. Overall our lives up to the price range. Nice staff. Superior room is nice.

Certain things in the room appear to be outdated. This hotel is not on the level of Radisson blu so I'm a bit disappointed. It is clean but not spotlessly clean. The staff are politely pleasant on arrival but not very friendly. No friendliness considering you just came off a long flight and chose their hotel out of all the other ones or any information regarding the surrounding metros. I didn't ask because I could see they would not be very helpful. The towels are also not very absorbent. The hairdryer is not very powerful either.

It is a hotel close to the airport and Dido of a shuttle service.
The restaurant is not as great as normally, but the price ratio service and proximity to the airport makes me particularly interesting.

The staff a little less we should have a shuttle to the airport the next day we were 4 but the shuttle was for 2!

Average Hotel, with no special points of excellence: close to the airport but not very convenient for the city centre (with Metro stop at 400 meters, however), has rooms with normal standards, comfortable bed and all the comforts of hotels in its category. The room cleaning service is good, although in the morning usually they always knock around 9am. 30 (We also happened on the day of the check-out, when it would have sufficed a ring at the reception/front desk). The staff are friendly, and also made up of young kids available and smiling; Free shuttle service to the airport. Good welcome on arrival, and detailed explanation to our questions about what to visit in the city. The lounge, the restaurant space and the bar are ample, well furnished and well placed, although I didn't find it particularly enticing the bar staff. Prices: In essence I do not think it is worth what it costs with the standard rates, even if you can find excellent conditions on booking; The prices of breakfast, bar and restaurant are instead excessive for the products they give (we happened, of poor quality) and the services they offer.

The superior rooms were nice and large but our view on the 2nd floor was less than desired. Beds were large enough for 2 person, bathroom was decent size with tub and shower. Double sinks were great when sharing room. Plenty of pillows to hug. Includes complimentary bottle of water. Sofa provides a nice hangout place to chat and drink. Standard hot water boiler and coffee/tea. Glasses provided differ from room to room. We had two rooms and both rooms have different glasses combination. TV was small, beds were not very comfortable and temperature control is on AC. Low floors do hear the traffic sounds as the windows are not sound proof nor air tight. Biggest complaint is the front desk, at least the persons who checked us in. Waited about 10 mins for our turn as there was only one counter operating. The trainee who serviced us needs a little more training, like explain to customers (esp first timers) about the hotel, facilities and surroundings, including ice machine is broken on second floor so we needed to get ice from the bar. I asked one of the front desk (non trainee) about complimentary water in our room (since the other room had and we didn't in ours), she said, "You have to pay for water in the minibar. " So, what about the complimentary water that we saw in the second room? SAME answer! There was no in-room welcome gift as stated in the benefits section so I informed the front desk, got no response and the non-verbal "whatever" attitude.

Really unconfortable but cheap. Best thing about this hotel the airport shuttle.

The hotel is good, rooms are a generous size. Unfortunately we was recommended to go on a yellow bus tour. Avoid this bus tour at all costs. It is slow and the audio guide did not work. It is not the best way to see Lisbon. Also surprised the hotel does not have a swimming pool.

Its is pretty far out of town, but there are cabs easily available right outside and they are pretty cheap, so getting downtown is easy. Its a pretty standard Radisson, so you know what you are getting.
