Very good experience — is been the third time I stay there. All staff are very helpful and kind. The location is very safe and quiet. The nature is beautiful. I had incredible days the three times I stayed there.

Good location, friendly staff, nice buffet, but the hotel needs some renovation.
Golf course very pretty. However, you have to pay attention to get to the right tee because of the mixing routes.
Still, could come again!

Well now 5 star err not so sure what criteria has to met to make the rating. Looks a bit dated. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant onsite is varied and very good. Currently sitting by the pool in a cold shaded area because the hotel permits the reservation of sunbeds using a towel. The management should get a grip and treat selfish people with deserved disdain. Hotel on a golf course adds to the tranquility of this hotel. Good facilities indoor and outdoor pool, spa, small gym and other activities. Varying Wi-Fi speeds if you pay an additional cost it goes up. Worth a visit for a couple of days.

Facilities were brilliant and staff some of the most friendly and accommodating I have ever experienced. They made my week. But the food and drinks were sky high. It was sometimes cheaper to have drinks from the room bar fridge. The bar food was ok nothing spectacular but 16 euros for a burger is too much. It soon adds up when drinks are 10 euros. The evening buffet was 37 euros and nothing really to speak of in terms of food quality. If I go again I will take a taxi to cascais, go to the nicest restaurant then get a taxi back and it will still be cheaper.

Our third time here. The reception staff was very welcoming and friendly. Tried the Spa. Awesome! The rooms are spacious and the beds are big. Shame that the Wi-Fi is slow unless you pay a premium and the television sets are old and small.

Great rooms, ample space, but a bit far from the central area. Also, a bit strict. I wanted to pick up an apple from the breakfast table and they refused saying can't take food outside of the restaurant with me.

Good hotel, large and comfortable rooms… buffet breakfast of great quality and varied. Good outdoor pool and immense extension of golf courses. Good indoor parking included. Upgradable things: Small SPA for a 5 star and gym attached to the rooms (you hear the machines in the rooms).

Nice hotel. Nice and clean rooms. The internet costs extra money which is unaceptable! The food is Garbage and disguisting eventhough its 5 star. The people are helpfull.

Wonderful place all absolutely all views quiet food what Ceeca Q is downtown where you already find what you want beach party relax place to repeat more of a BZ. We did not stay at the hotel we stayed in the chalets Q are what max Max recommended 100%

Peaceful location with decent rooms. One of the best buffet breakfasts in the area.

Don't go there as their waiters show no respect to any of their customers! We were completely ignored by all the waiters at every breakfast we had and had to go over and ask them to pour out what was always completely undrinkable tea or coffee. Plus, their housekeeping ripped out all my wife's notes from her two year old workbook just to obtain a blank note book worth about a Euro. The hotel made some really unacceptable excuses and never apologized! Also the Wifi is rubbish! To be honest, I would give them 'zero' stars but the review system doesn't appear to allow this.

Hotel and food are excellent, the buffet proposes a large choice of different meals. Rooms are fine and the location is ok.

Pay the extra money and stay at the hotel rather than the chalets which need to be refurbished. We had an all inclusive deal but drinks were expensive and it pays to go into town for this. Food was excellent… breakfast and dinner, along with the service. Be warned as thieves operate on the golf course and the people in front lost 600 euros in cash while golfing. We were lucky. Unfortunately, the hotel management weren't interested in dealing with the incident and I don't believe that the police or their own security followed up. Be careful, vigilant and don't take any valuables with you while golfing…

Superb place with serene surrounding and a very friendly staff who go out if the way to make your stay pleasant. Good breakfast spread. Excellent venue for a small gathering.

7 days spent on the spot, the staff is very cordial and available. The rooms are very clean, with a king-size bed and a balcony with a view to relax. The hotel is quiet and restful, when there is not too much family. The outdoor swimming pool is not heated, the indoor pool is transformed into a playground for all the children as the water is at 29 °. The restaurant and bar practice high prices compared to the quality of the products (frozen in quantity and supermarket food), and the thematic buffets are well without more with water and wine included in the price. The rest is a good report-quality price (although I find not too 5 stars for all CA see 4 stars, but rather holiday village) for the rooms and the place well maintained with a staff at the top, golf will allow you to practice with courses for initiations.

Excellent Hotel Very clean where we were well rested: comfortable room and bedding, garden furniture on the balcony with a view of the golf course. Swimming pool and long walks along the ocean nearby. The staff were helpful and very friendly. We enjoyed some amazing breakfasts included in the price of the room. Finally, we were bluffed by the theme buffet in the evening challenging any quality/price competition.

The golf courses in the area are excellent. Less the hotel which is not well managed. E. G. The handling of green fee packages is not in favor of the guest, room service is understaffed, the restaurant overpriced and a fitness room does not exist. I developed the impression that money for needed investments is missing so that unfavorable cost saving is the result. Personell is indeed very friendly. But you expect this in a five star hotel…

Lovely location it's very peaceful with great walk around the golf course.
The receptionists were very efficient.
Food was very limited same breakfast everyday, there were some minor changes to the fruit and cold meat. The coffee is not nice but they do have a big range of teas. Lovely staff in all the dining areas.
The room was big with very comfy bed, soft cotton sheets.
The reason I have given it four stars is because of the food.

Nice staff But the service is poor. Noisy room until 1:00 in the morning. By the half-made room, dirty. For me the stars are not deserved just 3 stars are much enough.

The location is lovely and the staff really friendly. The rooms are nice but slightly dated now however very clean and the beds are amazingly comfy. Food is also good.

Hotel generally pretty good but it needs a wholesale upgrade/ a bit of TLC. Not a great first impression: unattended, smelly reception area, which was full of flies too! Gym didn't appear to have any dumbbells, just a few cardio machines. Shower pressure and temperature were wildly varying. No safe as standard in the room, which seemed bizarre. Food not as good as others have made out (certainly not the 5* standard as some seem to suggest), but overall pretty decent. Best thing about this place was the friendly staff. It's an okay hotel, in a pretty good/ peaceful location.

Very nice place to spend a couple of days and to enjoy the pleasures of a great golf course!

It is all very well, but since they took two of the 4 swimming pools, it is no longer the same and I've gone more than 5 summers.
