Reviews of Family Secrets Douro
In july 2018 we did a reservation in Family Secrets Douro to stay there for a week. Maria told us to pay 100% of the cost of our staying in advance, and so we did.
Unfortunately, on the day of the trip our baby was ill, so finally we couldn't travel. We called Maria and, after talking with the owner, in september she told us that they were going to give us half of the money back.
From september to december we contacted several times with Maria, as we still didn't have the money with us. They gave us several excuses, told us that they were very busy but that they would refund the money "soon".
We still haven't received the money and in the lasts months they do not even answer our mails and calls, so I imagine I can forget about MY MONEY.
So you are warned, be careful as they are not an hotel to trust!
